Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost! I Ordered an item that was well too small and used the returns to get a refund and order a larger size.
I returned the item over 1 month ago and still haven’t received a refund. Customer service communication is non existent, either not responding or providing a generic AI response.
I have now escalated via buyer protection to try and resolve. Very poor for such a well known brand. I would not use this brand or company again.

Thinks a SCAM company. How can you describe yourself as “premium” when you don’t even have humans on your help desk?
One month waiting for my £300 order and nothing. No updates, no one replies to emails, nothing. I’ve been ghosted by this “premium” company after handling them £300. Judging by the amount of reviews with the same issue, this is being done deliberately.

I have never received my order to this day. They initially told me they would get back to me within 14 days, but instead you’re left having to email them repeatedly without getting any clear or useful response. It has now been over a month and I am still without my package, and they also refuse to refund my money.

Return at your own cost in 2025. what a joke
Bought a jacket and wanted to try it out, but it turns out I have to pay for the return shipping label. Their return policy is outdated. When I called customer service, the lady wasn’t interested in helping at all. She basically said, “This is it — either ship it back at your own cost or drop it off yourself.” I won’t buy from or support this brand moving forward. Dainese all the way.

The most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced and thieves as well!! Paid £7.99 for postage ( which is outrageous I might add!) for a pair of gloves to be delivered, except UPS didn’t deliver, they didn’t attempt to deliver and I had to chase around town trying to find my parcel which was dumped at a petrol station! Emailed them saying it wasn’t delivered and requested my £7.99 back, after many emails back and forth I was basically accused of being a liar and I’m still out of pocket! Absolutely shocking customer service, very rude and very overpriced in my opinion! Avoid avoid avoid!

The worst customer service
I purchased at the beginning of August, after a week of no update I contacted and was told it was summer shutdown so order wouldn't ship for another week. I asked to cancel the order as I needed the helmet sooner. They said they couldn't.
Anyway, 3 weeks after ordering it finally arrived, but as I'd already purchased another helmet I setup the return.
Unfortunately it looks like the return is lost, I contacted over 3 weeks ago and was told a claim would be raised with UPS. Still no refund and now getting ignored. The ups claim website says there's an issue with the paperwork so they clearly haven't done their job properly. So frustrating getting ignored, all this could have been avoided if they had just cancelled my order. I wish I had come here first to see the bad experiences people have with this company. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!

Alpinstars support is Zero
I gave one star as that was the least I could choose but honestly I’d have give a Zero.
I sent Alpinstars 7 emails regarding a suit I’d purchased and got one reply. The reply was very poor and Alpinstars wasn’t willing to resolve the issue I have with the new suit. I can’t emphasise how disappointed I am with the service I’ve received from Alpinstars who class them
Selves as a premium brand I’d motorcycling equipment. I will never recommend anyone to buy Alpinstars in the future and I will never buy another item from this rubbish company.
Terrible customer service - avoid!
I can't say I've ever come across a more anti-customer company in my life. I have been trying to get a product replaced for several years now, and after multiple emails to their customer service they finally agreed to replace them. I posted them back and waited... And waited.. Chased multiple times and no response. Never received the replacement. They still have my leathers. Avoid buying any Alpinestars product because if something goes wrong with them they will never try to help you.

The Alpinestars Tech 7 boots lack quality. I have been dealing with the Alpinestars warranty team since March 2025, but I have not found a solution to my problem! I bought an Alpinestars Tech 7 boot that simply started to disintegrate after practically no use. I am speaking from Brazil. I have already contacted the Brazilian, U.S., and now Italian offices. The warranty team opened the assistance case number 01226682 and promised to replace the product. However, the case has been dragging on for over 5 months, which is unreasonable. Marinna and Ranieri have responded. I have exchanged over 21 emails regarding the issue, but nothing has been resolved. I have sent photos of the product and labels four times to meet repeated requests, but to no avail! Regarding this case, I have been involved in the world of motorcycling since I was a child, so I have owned and continue to own a wide variety of street and off-road gear.
I have worn FOX, ASW, FLY, GAERNE, and ALPINESTARS boots. I have repeatedly used some brands. However, none, absolutely none, have been made as poorly as Alpinestars. Moreover, most of the brands mentioned are sometimes even inferior to this prestigious brand.In fact, if we were talking about an entry-level product, one could argue that it is of lower quality due to the lower price. However, I own a pair of Alpinestars Tech 7 boots that are simply falling apart, something I have never seen before!The equipment has been used very little and is in deplorable condition. As discussed in detail with the Alpinestars team.I am completely disappointed with the product and the company's service.I will not settle for no-solution solutions. Even if I spent 100 times the cost of the equipment, I would seek compensation. It is not a matter of cost, but of how the company treats a loyal customer of its products.

This company is honestly awful
This company is honestly awful. I have always purchased alpine-star gear. I purchased the tech air five plasma airbag. My airbag was defective and it deployed unexpectedly while I was removing my jacket. I owned the airbag for less than one month. I only used it five times.
I reached out to alpinestar on June 2nd. When I reached out to them again on June 16 for an update, They told me that “customer.us1@alpinestars”
Send me a message on June 10 which they did not. Now they are not responding to my emails.
It’s been two weeks and I’ve provided all of the information that they need. But, they’re not giving me a solution. I reached out to Cycle Gear, which is where I bought the airbag from them. However, they are not able to help because the airbag has deployed so alpinestar needs to handle this.
When you call their customer service phone number is it goes straight to voicemail. I left two voicemails and no has called me back. Now I’m stuck with a $900 defective airbag that has already deployed.
Absolute Shite!
Spent £120.83 on a pair of motorcycle gloves for my nephew July last year for his 20th birthday to go with his first bike.
Less than a year later (April) and after less than 1,000 miles of riding they started to come apart at the seams between the fingers.
I returned these to the point of purchase only to be told that they could not replace them (or refund them so we could buy a new pair) but they would have to be sent away to Alpinestars to be inspected, and once they were looked over they would either be repaired and returned or we would be given a refund.
Thta was over two weeks ago now and I have still heard nothing further and my nephew still has no gloves!
My nephew is therefore currently unable to use his bike to go out riding with his dad (as he has no other suitable gloves to wear!!) during some of the best riding months of the year!
I will never buy another Alpine Stars product, EVER!!

Sent incorrect items, can't contact anyone
My order contained 3 items which I did not order. And zero of the items I did order. Can't get hold of anyone in customer service to resolve the issue, and now I don't have the items I need. I would avoid! Terrible service.

They treat their staff like slaves, no bonus or increase in 15 years of service, the own is a tyrant who treats everyone like dirt. He is never on the premises and lets two totally incompetent women run the show. Outrageous, I hope they go bankrupt.
