Cannot praise Alpinols enough. The help and service was outstanding the product is excellent and unbeatable as far as value for money is concerned. This is only the second time I've used them in the last three years so I'm not a big buyer so if the service I received is anything to go by you won't regret buying from them

I really don’t know why the high…
I really don’t know why the high ratings, maybe some had good experiences, so here’s my personal opinion. I tried the product, didn’t do anything for me and then next thing they say it was a bad batch and asked me to send it back… Got money back too which is nice. Customer Support could have been a bit more effective and give more information about the product, how to use, how to dose etc.
I won’t be purchasing anything again, cannot really trust their products…

This recall was a safety measure ordered by the authorities, due to the CBD content of the product itself.
There was no production malfunction in this batch, but rather the authorities ordered us to recall every full spectrum product over 5% CBD and stop the sale of all products over 5% CBD.
Regarding dosage, everything that we are legally permitted to communicate can be found in the product description of each item.
We are also sorry to hear that the product didn't give you the desired effects. This can be different for everyone and therefore we would suggest trying different products until you find the one that works for you. We hope you find the right product for your needs.

Because of a problem of delivery partner. I don't receive my order. They take few weeks to have a respond. And it was difficulté to have my order. But they find a may to send me my order.
