I spoke to them in depth they failed at every level on the outbound journey. The only thing they have is staff well trained to write great replies and also they are articulate and do reassure you
WARNING ‼️ this is not reality the exact thing happened on the return journey.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wish I had read the previous comments before booking.
Paid €385 for a one way private transfer, to be told upon arrival we would have to share. We were shoved in the front of the mini bus as the mini bus was full.
Upon arrival, I contacted the customer service team who said they’d provide a goodwill payment for the issues. I requested a refund of the difference between private and shared transfer along with the goodwill payment and now they will not respond to emails.
Terrible service all round.

Where do I even start with my transfer experience with this company? Myself and 4 friends were travelling back from Val d’Isère to Geneva Airport. To start with, the driver arrived 20 mins late, which immediately put us under pressure for our flight as we received little communication explaining when he would arrive. Things quickly got worse however, as it became immediately apparently that the boot of the van would not close, and instead of fixing the issue or providing a safe vehicle, the driver tied it shut with a rope. It remained partially open throughout the entire 3 hour journey with a continuous boot alarm noise going off.
The driving itself was genuinely terrifying. The driver was speeding at around 126 km/h in a 70 km/h zone, putting all of us at serious risk. At one point, he attempted a dangerous overtake and nearly collided head-on with an oncoming lorry. We were shouting at him to slow down and stop, but our concerns were ignored.
To make matters even worse, when we reached Geneva Airport, the driver crashed into a pole while parking.
This was, without exaggeration, one of the most unsafe and distressing travel experiences I’ve ever had. Our safety was clearly not a priority at any stage.
Despite all of this and sending photographic evidence of the boot, the crushed pole & the speedometer at 126 kph, the company has only offered a 50% refund, which is completely unacceptable given the severity of what happened.
I would strongly advise NOT to book your transfer with Alps2Alps and use a different, reputable company instead.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. Your
safety is simply not worth the risk.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience with Alps2Alps Transfer was genuinely frightening and needs to be shared so others can avoid the same situation.
Our 3.5-hour transfer to Geneva Airport was one of the most stressful journeys I have ever experienced. The driver was repeatedly driving 126 km/h in a 70 km/h zone, and despite us asking several times to slow down, he ignored our requests and continued speeding.
The most terrifying moment happened on a mountain road when the driver attempted to overtake while a lorry was coming directly towards us. We were literally screaming in the car because it felt like we were seconds away from a head-on collision. It was reckless and could easily have resulted in a fatal accident.
The driver was texting on his phone while driving at over 100 km/h, which only added to the fear and anxiety for everyone in the vehicle.
The car itself was clearly not in a safe condition. The boot would not close properly and had been tied shut with a rope. Because of this, cold air was blowing into the car for the entire journey, and there was a constant boot-unlock alarm noise.
Even when we finally arrived at Geneva Airport, the driver collided with a bollard while parking.
The entire transfer left us extremely shaken. We spent the whole journey genuinely worried about our safety and felt like we could have been killed due to the driver’s behaviour and the condition of the vehicle.
DO NOT BOOK with this company if you value your safety. This experience caused so much anxiety and was completely unacceptable for a professional transfer service.

Absolutely spot on service and price. Shared transfer from Geneva airport to Tignes. Driver kept in touch prior to collection. Organisation stayed in touch and answered all questions super quick. Phenomenal price was almost too good to be true but proved to be all round amazing deal and journey. Would definitely book again!

Transfer from Salzburg airport to Saalbach was excellent. Return was disappointing- driver wasn’t aware of multiple hotel pick-ups, his English was very limited and did multiple overtaking whilst it was snowing and did not feel safe to our group.

Everything was smooth, communication before to meet, driver was on time. Car fit our skis no problem and driver was super nice. Thank you

On 13 March we had a driver from Alps2Alps who was dangerous and irresponsible. The driver scrolled photos and videos while driving us to the airport. In addition, he refused to take the Motorway which added an extra hours to our transfer time, apparently so he could pocket the toll money. The driver also stopped twice for personal reasons: once to buy a drink and a second time to smoke a cigarette. The company was unsympathic when I complained, although I know it is illegal to be on a phone while driving.

Online communication and support was great from the beginning. I had a trip for 2 hours 30 minutes with my two sons, the driver was very helpful and kind. The timing in transfer was also great. I will plan my next transfer with alps2alps for sure. Thank you for everything.

The service was really professional and reliable throughout. I loved being able to just message them on WhatsApp — a top-notch support service that made things so easy. They are also incredibly flexible if you need to adjust your schedule.
