I had my lessons with Karem. I cannot recommend him enough. He went out of his way to make sure that the sessions fitted with my schedule. He is extremely patient, coaches very well and has an amazing sense of humour when things don’t go quite right. Karim helped me pass my test. Alps was very quick at finding an instructor that could do the times and days that I needed. The whole process of booking lessons was effortless.

I had chro driving instructor as my driving instructor. She was so helpful and I have passed my test on the first try.

I can’t recommend my instructor enough( VAIDA ). She made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I was a bit nervous at first, but her calm, patient approach made a huge difference .She explained everything so clearly and always gave honest, helpful feedback, never made me feel bad for getting things wrong, or even shout at me. just helped me learn from it. Every lesson felt productive, and she really cared about making sure I was ready not just for the test, but for real-life driving.

Thanks to her, I passed with confidence ,which I never thought I’d say! If you’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to see you succeed and makes learning to drive a positive experience, this is the instructor you want honestly (VAIDA) honor rum to her. She will never disappoint you WALLAHI.

I have just passed my driving test thanks to Hasan! He has helped me through every part of the journey and has been very understanding and patient. Thanks to his guidance I was able to pass first time and feel confident on the road. I highly recommend!

Fantastic instructor fran he not only helped me to drive, he helped build my confidence being back behind the wheel after a 17 year gap. He always encouraged me to try things I had previously said I found difficult. Fran had a lot of patience with me, talked about all sorts throughout my lessons helping me to remain calm. We paid and book a block of lessons for our son. The first was on his birthday and he was supposed to be picked up after school. The day before I emailed and messaged Alps and on his birthday I rang to confirm the location and instructor. No one came and after 45 minutes our son was extremely distressed. No response from Alps to my calls or my sons. This was a terrible way to spend your birthday. The next day - still no contact from Alps. Eventually, I got through to someone - no apologies - just excuses - they couldn't locate the instructor. We were not only upset for our son - we were concerned for the driver. If you want a professional company - Alps is not!

This company is the one to choose. Its got great staff and amazing instructors and examiners. I would not have been able to pass without my driving instructor Vaida. She's what made my journey easy and calmed my nerves when I thought I failed. And I'm so glad to have had an examiner like Dean, who made passing my test a dream come true. Thank you so much.
