I wasn’t able to get the item I wanted in the store because they had just sold out. Online customer services matched that price and quickly had me checked out and my item on its way! We love shopping at Als! And will continue to shop there

Al’s Rocks!! I haven’t been there in person but after making an order over the phone I will be making a trip in the near future. The employees helped me get the best price on a bike stand and bike wall hooks saving me a ton of $ and beat the Amazon prices. To make it even better I got free shipping! Thanks again Al’s!! I would also like to thank Sariah for taking the time answering all my questions and getting me the best price. I have referred Al’s and will continue doing so because their costumer service is awesome and the price couldn’t be beat. Keep it up Al’s!

I was having trouble placing an order online and called Customer Service for assistance. The person on the other end of the line could not have been more helpful or more friendly. My experience was absolutely delightul!

I have made many purchases through Als.com and have always had a good experience. Their prices are great and with the local pick up option, I have been able to receive my orders quickly. I would recommend using them as they have quality products for great prices.

Als.com sent us a defective product, I emailed them and they agreed to swap it out, i asked for details on how to return the product and about a month later and 4-5 emails later no response from Als.com. I then put a credit card hold on the transaction and low and behold the next day they contacted me playing confused as to why i would put the transaction on hold. Anyway we agreed to send them back the defective product and then lift the transaction block once it was replaced. We sent them the product back at our expense to package the product and after a over a month and a number of emails, no reply..... I called them today and they changed their mind against the good faith agreement we had come to so they basically tricked us in to sending the product back and now they weren't planning on sending a replacement. This company has terrible customer service and can not be trusted, all what we wanted was a product that worked!

This was definitely not a miscommunication, the company ignores emails, only responds when the credit card transaction is put on hold and then they promise to fix the issue and then lied about it.

I highly recommend Al's Sporting Goods. My order was lost/missing in the USPS system (no fault of Als.com). After 3 weeks, I informed Als.com I had not received by order. They quickly replied the same day saying they would investigate with USPS and sent a second order. I received it within days. Every time I have communicated with their customer service dept., they have responded the same day, usually within minutes. You can't ask for more than that. I will be shopping there again.
