I wrote this message here on January 17th. The answer was what I expected.... forwarding and forwarding. Oh and lest I forget, Altaya apologized to me. Today is February 9th. WHAT DO YOU THINK HAPPENED???... NOTHING. Either they have been home office for 8 months or they don't care about their customers at all. I vote for B. I also order models from competing companies all over Europe such as Hachette, Centauria, Salvat, DeAgostini (not France), similar collections with models, but none of them have such problems as with the French Altaya.
It's a new year and I have to write a negative review for Altaya France again. Has anything changed since my last review? Nothing has changed and my problem still persists/almost 9 months ago/. The problem is registered under this tag: "#2424340 - RE: Code client 9640574, Commande 000867573, FAST & FURIOUS, collecte suspendue". However, I no longer expect anyone to resolve (move) the collection to the email account provided in the email communication.

Since 06/2025 I complain about the number 2 (Tasse à déjeuner avec soucoupe rouge - Mickey Mouse et Minnie) from Disney Dinner set that's the item didn't have been delivered, I sent 5 emails to the customer service complaining about that and always got the same response, ("En raison du succès rencontré par la collection, le numéro 2 est toujours en cours de production. Sa livraison a été encore reportée et il vous sera expédié dès sa disponibilité.").

Hello, I want to share my experience with this publishing company. First of all, I want to write that I like this company, and I really like to subscribe to certain collections of 1/43 models or 1/8 kits. And I would like to be a customer in the future. I spend several hundred euros a month with this company, which I think is a lot of money. That's why I thought I was registered as a valued client. I was wrong. During the year, this company "migrated" customer user accounts under the De Agostini company header. I understand this, I know this user environment from my orders with DeA in other countries. And the problem is, I have orders in other countries under the same email account, but with different delivery addresses. That's why Altaya suspended all my orders. After a lot of emails and explanations, Altaya finally transferred all my accounts to a single email account after 5 months, which I use only for orders from France. EXCEPT FOR ONE COLLECTION - Fast and Furious 1/43. I don't understand why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I'm waging an email war with them again, I keep getting replies "thank you for your interest, our department is working on the problem". But 6 months? I don't mind if the shipment is delayed. I've always claimed damaged models for my own benefit. But transferring one account to another is a 10-minute job. I don't understand why it takes so long. I'll hope that this review will help me transfer my email account to a new one and the collection will start again.
