I love Alteya water mists! My skin became very upset about 10 years ago (rosacea, dryness, rough patches, spots etc), after having great skin before that.
After a few weeks using alteya water sprays (camomile originally only) my skin has returned to being great! Really, it's the simplest and best facial product line ever! In my opinion and experience. Thank you! I am really loving the centifola rose and lavender now too!

Wonderfully packaged rose water. Just beautiful. Ive used their rose water for years now but first time I have ordered from Alteya themselves.

Very impressed by the fast delivery and beautiful attention to detail. Had lovely rose buds within the environmentally friendly packaging.

Rose water smells divine and really keeps your skin lovely and soft.

Lovely rose water I have been using for a few years now. Got a couple more bottles last week and received them in a box with pink tissue paper, some dried rose buds and sachets of new creams. Very nice touch o came here to say thanks. I am surprised you have so few reviews and much lower score than my experience. Oh and I keep the rose water in the fridge door. Refreshing spray in the morning.

Been using the lovely liquid handwash for a while, esp love citrus mint and rose geranium. My first order recently direct from Alteya and quick delivery, thoughtfully packaged with attention to detail and 4 free samples. And delightful surprise finding heavenly scented rosebuds in package! Highly recommend.

Ordered quite a few bottles of water sprays such as lavender, chamomile and rose waters in November 2024. I thought it will last for a while and I will do another in summer. Sadly Lavender big bottle 240 mls came with a very short BB date. Really? I would understand if it was a small bottle! well i would have forgiven this but after starting using Chamomile water I thought that I have to write and let others know: I am disappointed with the quality of this product. It meant to be sprayed on a face or a neck or a cotton ball and then applied on a face. Alteya claims that it is pure water...well, I was sent water (BB date 08/26) with black bits (small and bigger) floating in the bottle that also come out after spraying and can be clearly seen on a white cotton pad. Can i apply this onto my face? Not sure that I can trust it! I would have been your regular customer as I like organic, and pure water sprays. Very sad :(

Fantastic customer service. I've been using Alteya products for several years now, normally purchase through Amazon but last time I found a better price directly on Alteya website. I missed out on a discount code so emailed the company after purchasing and lovely Hristina sorted it out for me. Their products are of a high quality; I love their floral waters and essential oils and recently tried their true moisture
face cream and it's just fabulous.
My extremely sensitive skin is loving it.

This is a horrible cosmetic. And a bad customer service. I wrote them my complaints but no reply. I have bought organic hand cream, terrible smell ( doesnt smell bulgarian roses at all, feels very sticky on the skin for a very long time, more to that a lid got broken the very first day of use.
I have also bought a face wash, feels terrible on the skin and doesnt wash away cosmetic at all!
I have bought SPF 30 cream...not only its horrible pink colour ( you need to spread it all over the skin very very well to remove pink from your face but also horrible sticky on the face.
So disappointed to waste my money on this brand...hard to call a brand actually.
