My experience with Altilly started on a bad note years ago when I couldn’t withdraw my balance. This June, their support team guided me through merging my account, and I was finally able to recover what I had lost.

Three years ago,I used Altilly exchange and ended up loosing access to my funds. On June 20th this year, I learned they had a support team in place. I contacted them,merged my account,and followed their instructions. Today I'm happy to confirm I've received my funds back.

I had 2,000 USD with them at the time of the hack. They claim they will refund the clients with some tokens. Following the hack I sent them lots of emails with screenshots of my account, filled also on time the Claim Form they prepared for this purpose. I never got a response from them, sent many emails and pm's regarding this (also for verification of my claim request), they always wrote I have to wait, now (after 1 year) that I have asked again they write they don't have a claim report from me and I shouldn't keep sending requests or they will ban me. Need I write more? On the other hand they claim they feel very bad for the incident and they will do anything to compensate all those whose money they evaporated.

I had around $50 worth of GLC on their exchange right before the hack.
I've been on their Telegram channel since, and have filled out a refund for, and have not heard anything back.
I appreciate Altilly providing some further information, however according to GLC team the refund period ended in May this year. I was never contacted by anyone despite reaching out multiple time. Lost money to their security breach and now I'm left with no avenue of recourse. Very poor service.

Read the reviews carefully.
I sent ethereum to my wallet address on their exchange.
It never showed up.
After talking to their support team they claimed that It was hacked and I have now lost all my funds. Keep away from this one.

I just found out that there was a scam in the form of a market, from the new altilly.com market that committed a fraud on the grounds that the web was hacked .. I was very disappointed .. how much money was brought from me not the others yet ..
