Terrible company and clothing

This is a terrible company, I ordered two women’s shirts online. Described as linen mix. They arrived after a wait. The material is very thin cheap cotton, no linen at all. They were so creased they looked like rags! The green one arrived without the back tie which made it unwearable , not that I would wear it. I tried to raise a dispute on the website but after filling in a long form it would not process. I now have to go to my credit card company to try to get my money back.
They advertise on Facebook Book and the shirts on the page look very good quality but that’s not what they send out.
Be aware it’s disgusting and impossible to deal with them!!! I have reported to Face Book
