Via Ferrata with Altitude (Solo Traveller)
I did the Via Ferrata with Altitude activities. It was a very last minute decision. I reached lake bled in the morning and I texted them a few minutes later. The response was really quick and they shared the activities that were available.
I was rather hesitant to try at the beginning because it is my first time climbing. Matevz was very very reassuring. He did safety briefings before our trip and gave us some time to practice using the tools. He even took many many photos for us. It was so amazing because I only need to climb and try to look good.
Throughout the journey I felt very reassured and secure. I like that there are different difficulty levels. We did the easier route at the beginning and progressively did the harder ones. We were also given the chance to just stick to the easier route if we were not feeling comfortable. So that was great.
The climb was exhilarating and I never had such an experience before. The view was absolutely amazing when I look down from where I was. This is hands down the most interesting activity I have done. If I every get a chance to come to Bled I would 100% choose to try out other activities with Altitude activities.
I highly recommend it to people who wants to try something different and is looking for an adventure.
