Our company is not a scam company that is why we accept Paypal payment so that if issues like this happen they can be refunded and all customers that said they cant pay the custom fees will be given refund and we will look for a way to get back our products from the USA custom.

Altiuscart is a very good online marketplace that offers buyers secure and easy way of shopping to buyers so please don't say anything bad about altiuscart.

We normally have this kind of problem once in a year and new customers buying from us wont have to pay any additional fees aside from the payment they made during there check out.

Altiuscart.com does not screen sellers: RAINBOW ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED. After four different ship dates and a bogus tracking number, I was sent the following email: "I will like you to know that there is a little problem with your package as it has been held by custom demanding for for custom fees which is $200 and if this fees is not paid they will not be releasing the package for delivery to your door step."

I requested a refund... "Your order have been shipped out and it is already in USA there is no way you can get a refund if the package is not delivered to you. You can only get a refund if the product delivered to you is not working fine or if you are not satisfied with the product."

They listed a phone that comes in two different models and they listed both models. How do you know which one you will receive. I've also called the company and ask for their address and it didn't match the one that's on their website. It sounds a bit fishy. When I told them that there are 2 models of the phone they posted the other one for a few days than deleted it off their website. So right now they have their original post with 2 models. They do not know their stuff and I don't trust them. I'd rather pay a bit more to a company that knows what their products.
