At the initial market appraisal stage, we were led to believe that our business was worth a considerable amount. We were surprised by the figure, but were assured by the sales rep of their experience in these matters. However when the business was eventually surveyed (for a potential buyer) this value dropped dramatically to a point where we had to sell our business for a sizeable amount less than was advised by the initial sales contact from Bruce and Co.

The design of the marketing brochure was frankly comical. We were happy to take responsibility for the content, however the team who were making the adjustments seemed amateur. We got there in the end but it took SO many emails and phone calls to rectify some simple grammatical and typo errors. At this point we considered taking our business elsewhere, however we were locked into their contract. And that is the only reason we stayed with Bruce and Co.

We had a good amount of interest for the sale of our business thankfully. We spoke directly with all the interested parties, a number of whom expressed that they did not want to deal with Bruce and Co.

We would absolutely not recommend Bruce and Co. The customer service is too casual and shows a lack of professionalism and experience in communicating with potential buyers.

Keeps sending spam emails, unsubscibe each time, just simply email again the next month. They seem to to buy lists of illegally obtained email addresses. Why on earth would you trust them to sell your business.

Its been an amazing support for the journey of traction to be completed smoothly, I highly recommend the services specially Stephen Croft at Redwoods who is always been there in order to make sure traction to be completed smoothly, I will be recommending any more potential buyers to go ahead with Redwoods.
