Emailed for advice which was great.

Delivery poor and delayed by Royal Mail, recognise this isn't vendor's fault but made a purchase for a similar item through a big name sports shop... no delivery fee and delivered via courier on expected date.

The trainers arrived very quickly , within three working days. I am still awaiting the extras that buying the trainer's that came with the trainer's ( socks , arm band etc)

Extremely helpful after last trainers were causing were discomfort through a video new trainers were decided upon. When I couldn't afford, an older model were offered at a cheaper price and I didn't have to pay postage. Additionally, I was given the running accessories being offered on a different promotion. Great service!

Absolutely awful - avoid at all costs. I ordered some trail shoes online and paid for them only to be told that they had been 'lost in the post.' I asked for a refund and was told that actually they had been dispatched. An incorrect pair then arrived. I was sent a returns label for these which was not recognised at the Post Office and ended up paying £11.25 to return shoes which I never ordered. I have been told that I will get a refund for the shoes but not for the postage and so have turned the whole matter over to Trading Standards. Having now read several other reviews, it seems that this chain of events is not unusual. Definitely do not get involved with buying from this company.

I ordered a pair of trainers from Alton Sports but was a bit apprehensive due to some negative reviews & the fact these trainers, Saucony Endorphin Speed, were sold out everywhere, I thought what’s the worst that can happen, at least you are dealing with a company in the UK if you need to get a refund. The correct trainers in my size were delivered 5 days after I ordered them, no problem. I would definitely use Alton Sports again.

Read the reviews, was a bit nervous however ordered them late Friday afternoon and they arrived Monday morning! Excellent customer service when I was emailing them, fast replies and very helpful. Cannot fault them at all, really pleased and happy!
