Altrincham Autos are a wonderful old fashioned garage run by Rick and Joe who treat your car problem as their own, giving it their full attention .
They keep you informed at all stages of the repair and take pride in explaining in layman terms what the issue was and where possible when collecting the vehicle explain how it was fixed and sometimes show you the damaged part and what made it fail.
-makes a change from manufacturer owned garages who are not interested in explaining the fault and just want you to pay and take the vehicle away as fast as possible.
Most garages also don't understanding the trauma that loss of your own transport can bring when you have been driving for 58years - Rick and Joe do !
My experience is that Manufacturer or large repair garages don't want to take on small complicated vehicle problems that can take time and generate a poor profit.
My advice is to rely on your local independent garage
whenever you can .

The staff are courteous, friendly and above all, honest about the work the that needs doing.
