Altrx is a fraudulent company. They advertise $89 for Tirzepatide and then take an additional $40 from your account saying they never offered it for $89. I have proof and they continue to advertise for $89. The person that I spoke with told me they would not refund the $40 and that I was wrong and then she hung up on me. I told her I do not want the subscription to continue and that I only wanted one bottle. She said that they would not continue the subscription but I don't believe her. I received the Tirzepatide and I believe it is saline because my appetite has increased, not decreased. I had taken Tirzepatide before and I wanted to maintain my weight, but this is not Tirzepatide. This company needs to be shut down as they are illegal.

Ordered on May 22 they took my money May 22. After hundreds of emails, wanting a refill when I never even received the first order is more than just annoying although polite in their responses no action has been made no tracking ever generated no proof that it’s coming this way currently awaiting update on either refund or shipment seems to be a scattered brain way to try to rip people off would not advise anyone to follow suit.

After being told in writing that the order had not been sent to the pharmacy, however, a charge of $199 appeared on my credit card. I assumed that they said that it had not been sent to the pharmacy that $199 charge would not go through.
I was wrong the charge did go through and now they’re saying that I owe $35 for the prescriber viewing my file.
Even though I told them to cancel before any viewing needed to be done.

After several communications with them telling them to cancel and give a full refund, they continued to ask me to verify that I do indeed want to cancel . Now I will rely on my credit card company to do their job and get my money back.

This company is an absolute joke!! They promise that their prices never increase and promised that I would only be paying $89 a month which is totally doable, then comes the next month at $199 double the price!! No accountability even though I could prove where they stated the price wouldn’t increase which is why I went with them in the first place.

I trusted them they took my money said id get meds on their ad 48 hrs. Been week supposed pharmacy has it but but won't ship i should have trusted others dont let them rip you off they refuse refund and meds I lost not gotta close my account before they take more money for meds I dont get liars

The product was fine. However when they told me the next charge of $300 did not go through I told them, No! Do not charge my card. Cancel my account. That was not the price agreed upon. Only to have them run my card the next day and have it go through. Scam!

DO NOT BY ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM ALTRX!! Very deceitful provider. I purchased my first month of GLP-1 for $129 and requested a refill when it was time (unaware of the refill pricing). I went through the refill review process and was approved - while my credit card was charged when it was shipped but there was NO approval given by me for the price being charged to me - if I had known it was 299 - I would have said no. I reached out and a typical generic response of no solution was received.

They lie. There were several ads for Tirzepatide for $89, they charged me $129 - REFUSED to honor advertised amount and would not cancel.

The worst customer service. No help through the pharmacy. I have had my order 7 days now and have not spoken to anyone. Wrong prescription. HELP!

I wanted to start off by saying I ordered recently and I did get the tirzepatide from a compounding pharmacy out of TX within a couple days of ordering it. I paid $129 for 2.5mg. It was a vial and you have to measure yourself and give yourself the shot. All instructions, needles, and alcohol wipes were included. There was a delay with the UPS flight, but the medication was still cool as they did a great job packing it. I have no issue with the GLP-1 portion of it. What I do have a huge issue with is that when you call the number on the site, it’s AI and you can’t speak to a live person about billing or anything else. The AI voice directs you to contact them by email, which I did twice to cancel my order. I never got a response and it’s been over a week now. Fortunately I paid with my HSA and it will decline if they try to make any further charges and the money isn’t in there. I just don’t recommend going through AltRX since you can’t get ahold of anyone. If you’re going to be on a GLP-1 probably best to work with a company you can get ahold of, especially if you want to cancel. I haven’t had any other payments come out yet, hopefully it won’t be an issue.

I almost fell for their scam. I was relieved I read all their reviews first before I pressed send. Pretty scary. Thank you all for the warning.

I had a very poor experience with AltRx. My order was shipped to the wrong address, and when I tried to get the issue corrected, the company refused to make it right.
Emails went unanswered, and when I called, I had to wait on hold only to be told the same thing: contact UPS. That does not resolve the issue when the problem started with AltRx's own shipping and fulfillment process.
Rather than taking ownership or helping correct the mistake, they pushed the responsibility elsewhere. Based on my experience, their customer service was unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to provide a reasonable solution.
I would not recommend AltRx and would strongly caution others before ordering from them. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect them to take responsibility or provide meaningful support.

Customer service was great from start to finish. I did have a little difficulty canceling because I went with a different company, for no reason other than wanting to use a pay later option.( I they actually offer this, but I didn't know at the time.) But overall, my experience was great. No sneaky charges, nothing occurred that I didn't anticipate. I was pleased with my experience.

They promise their price never goes up, but after the 1st month, they charge you $299. And won't refund you. They will stop answering your messages as well. This happened to my sister as well.

Tried AltRx for 1st time. $89 for one month~ 4 injections. I asked for 1 mg dose which was what I am on currently.
They sent .25 mg. I had to use all 4 doses to make up one dose. Three days ago and didnt work at all, and I know first hand how this works from using name brand Ozempic! Package should be kept refrigerated. It shipped on Friday and came Monday night. It was warm. Its been in the 90's here for days. Where was it for four days? In a hot warehouse? In a hot truck? I have blocked them from my credit card for future purchases. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

These people should be put out of business. They send you a price and then bill you a lot more money. Do not buy from them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This sight sent me the right medication when I started. They sent the wrong medication second time. They told me I had 2 accounts don’t they check or talk to their patients. All they did was charge my credit card. This is BAD AND DANGEROUS

The ad of $129 is correct for the first month then it increases to $299 without you knowing. Bad business on their part. So they should explain to all new customers the rate after your first order. So i was surprised when i seen the charges of $299. I will not do business with dishonest companies.

Initially the process was easy. Filled out the form, paid for the first month, received my package. However, from there on, I have not been able to reach them. I’ve sent multiple emails. I can’t get into my account on the website. No one has returned my messages. They raised the price despite the advertisements that “price doesn’t go up with dosage”. Luckily I paid through an account with limited funds so the second time they tried to take money it was declined. What a scam.
