Absolute rip off I ordered a big green egg they said it was delivered to my address in July I emailed them I got a response from someone called Laura who said she would look into it then no response at all after that despite me sending numerous emails obviously they are scammers ripping hard working people off

Gawdammit I have the same experience unfortunately. Big Green Egg delivered elsewhere with legitimate FedEx number which of course we can't track because we don't have the details and can't contact them and the blinking Shopify app doesn't help

Green egg BBQ not delivered
Ordered a Green egg BBQ from this company, the website says it was delivered on the 1st of July, nothing has been seen. I have emailed them and have not received either an acknowledgment or a reply. I will be claiming this back through Amex.

Scam site
Scam site. Selling too cheap to be true BBQ through social media links. Only proceeded rolling the dice with credit card payment protection, which sadly I needed. Order confirmation looked believable, even a link to a working FedEx delivery tracking number. Gets delivered to unknown address. Package was 2KG so not a BBQ. Scam
