sofa Packaging was very badly damaged with large holes and tears delivery was swift
Delivery was swift, but all the packaging was very badly damaged with large holes and tears in cardboard. i was amazed there was no real protection to the sofa, considering it was nearly 1400. marked and damaged foot stall.
I did reach out to you and had no reply, the currier even took picture himself and said it quite normal to see boxes like these., i only wish i could put pictures on here for all to see.

Hi Gary,
We were saddened to read your review, and even more sad that you never reached out to us. The courier marked your delivery as no issues, and this is the first we are hearing of the damage, we would always, and I mean always want our customers to reach out, then we can arrange something, it could be a refund so you could get the footstool cleaned, it could have been a swap of the footstool, as you said you spent nearly £1400 and we want it to be perfect for you.
We hope you read this and give us the chance to help!
Kind Regards

More than happy with the product and a fantastic price. I have installed quite a few panels from different suppliers but I was surprised with the quality for the cost. Would order again without hesitation for my next customer. Super fast and careful delivery. Keep it up guys and thanks.

Delayed delivery but worth the wait
After a no show delivery I was sceptical as I had read other comments about people still waiting for their delivery.
However after contacting Aluxo it turned out that panels had been damaged in transit.
The replacement panels were delivered the following week and they are absolutely superb!! We have fitted them already and look fabulous.
The quality of the wood is great and the felt backing is nice and thick. My husband said they were great to work with even cutting holes mid panel for tv bracket and plugs.

Thank you for your patience and for sharing your experience with us! We sincerely apologise for the initial delivery hiccup – there were some issues with the partner courier handling orders in Scotland.
We’re thrilled to hear that the replacement panels arrived safely and that you’re so happy with them. It’s fantastic to know that the quality and ease of installation met your expectations, and we love hearing that even customising them for your TV bracket was straightforward.
