As someone else has reviewed about this store one star is very generous. Ordered jeans a couple of weeks ago and since then there has been no email to advise of shipping. I have emailed them twice but no response. I think I have wasted my money.
1 Star is overly generous based on my experience. BUYER BEWARE. Ordered a shirt for £47 in early November 2025 with a 3-6 working day delivery promise. Now Christmas Eve and item still not been shipped or recived. Asked for my money back 4 times after a couple of weeks being fobbed off about stock issues but alas they wont refund. Terrible communication and would urge anyone shopping for clothing to AVOID ALVANO.

This is not a columbian company. The products are from China and it is total pot luck whether you get what your ordered. Ordered 2 shirts, one of them was a totally different colour and the sizes were a joke, both different sizes and neither the size ordered. Emailed them to return and advised that the items had to be retuned to China at our cost. I measured the shirts against their size chart and sent them proof that the items were not the correct size but they would not refund without proof that the items had been posted back. Will never be ordering from them again!
I waited for sometime to get the polo top. They sent a pair of trousers! not the polo. I paid £31 for the polo, what is going on, I had enough!
Very quick dispatch and delivery once I made the order. Great fit , size matches what it said it would be . Great fit, fantastic fabric and flexibility .

Nice Trousers. These trousers are nice and stretchy and although skinny fit are not constrictive. Had to go a size down from normal which involved a costly return for an exchange as this product apparently comes from China. Overall a good experience and I now have 3 pairs in different colours.
