Hello customer support, I have questions about what I received, it seems like there has been a mix up.

Alviona has always been professional, you can email them anytime of day and you will always have someone answering you.

Simply a user friendly online store. You can get great deal, and Alviona is reliable since its well known for its quality.

The capsules have always been of excellent quality, and I heartily endorse them but I can't give 5 stars because they are not cheap.
