Delivered in perfect time and good quality items

I had a problem with my payment, and Amazon didnt notify me until it was too late to get my goods in time.
I called Always looking good and spoke to Graham, who is noy trying to pull out all the stops to get my order to me for Saturday. - superb customer service - its refreshing to not just get a no, but to receive some help.

Shoddy products that use AI images to falsely advertise what you’ll actually receive will receive.

When you question them about the quality of the item you receive they claim “tough” and refuse to issue a refund.

Please don’t get scammed by them

This site wont let me give zero stars. Awful product terrible customer service. I ordered a laser etched pint glass for a friends 40th. When it arrived, it had lots of missed areas with the etching had been missed. Also the outline of most of the letters and logo were also blurred and not clean. its looks nothing like the one you see on the website photo. Their response was, ' that's the best we can do'. Be warned, shockingly bad quality with no control, they don't care, so don't waste your money......

I live in the North of England and I received a personalised Christmas gift from a friend based in Northern Ireland (Yes I have already opened it!) The quality of the glass and the engraving was top class and really amusing, unfortunately the name on the glass wasn't mine. Even though I hadn't purchase the gift myself, Always Looking Good, were amazing, they distributed me the correct glass, to my own home address and it arrived within 36 hours , recorded delivery, at what is probably their busiest period of the year.
