Extremely rude and unprofessional representative

I contacted this company earlier today as I needed a translation service. A guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite the fact that he did not comprehend what I inquired about, he literally raised his voice and used an illegal phrase (I prefer not to say it here as I personally would never be able to say it to someone) and immediately hung up the phone. Anyway, all the details have been passed to the lawyer and he will be charged in court. Before even trying their service I got disappointed by the approach and attitude of this pathetic guy who represents the firm.

I have been dealing with Alwifaq translation for the last 3 yrs now .....And it was the best company I ever dealt wih; Fast accurate
affordable translation and a very respectful team..... looking forward to my next projects with them and very satisfied with the results as usual....

I dealt with the for translation of…

I dealt with the for translation of berthing agreements and they were very good in translation and respecting deadline with reasonable prices.. Number of pages was compatible to the source without the need to increase their volume for no reason.
I highly recommend this translation company and would love to deal with them again and again
