Concise and Engaging
Very good course. Kept the information concise but inclusive of everything that was required. Answered any questions and kept the course engaging and light hearted (where appropriate). Learners made to feel confident.

It was a totally interactive experience…
It was a totally interactive experience that made all the content genuinely engaging. I am pleased to say I remember pretty much all of what was taught and that's down to the engaging providers and range of activities. I feel empowered to do the right thing and it's great knowing I'm equipped not only in my workplace but in the general public, too.
