Eerst Slechte Communicatie, Uitendelijk toch wel alles recht gezet

Connector besteld via de website, bleek niet te passen. (verkeerde info op de webpagina!)
Kosten: connector €1,38 plus kosten verzending €7,95 totaal €9,33
In de voorwaarden van Amacoo staat dat "ten hoogste de kosten voor TERUGsturen voor rekening van de klant zijn".

Amacoo crediteert maar €1,14 en niet €9,33.

Meerdere keren gemaild, maar daar wordt niet op gereageerd. Bellen wil ook niet, want je krijgt een antwoord apparaat. (Het lijkt alsof je zo iemand te spreken krijgt, maar dan komt er "we kunnen op dit moment niemand te woord staan" via het bandje.) Meerdere keren op verschillende tijdstippen geprobeerd.

Uiteindelijk 1 mailtje terug gekregen dat alles: "Correct was afgehandeld, want we vergoeden geen VERzendkosten"!

...

Edit 24/11: Na mijn uitleg via mail dat het helemaal niet "correct was afgehandeld..." hebben ze uiteindelijk weer contact opgenomen, dat was dan wel weer netjes(!), en met excuses erbij is het geld toch terug gestort, dus na veel moeite mijnerzijds eind goed al goed.
