Europe office in Lithuania
Ordered 2 Platinum jump rings for a bracelet mid December on 2-3 week delivery, 4 weeks later I chased the order, I was told it was in transit between USA an Europe distribution centre (Lithuania).
18th Feb, Viktorija made contact, explain having been ill. Explained items held up in customs.
Seemed genuine in the end.

Fake replica product - no reponse
I ordered from this webshop thinking it was legitimate. The website appeared to be in Dutch, but it’s just an automatically translated foreign site.
What I received was a cheap replica instead of the real product. I contacted them several times, but they completely ignore all messages.
This is a scam. They sell fake items, provide zero customer service, and leave you with worthless products.
⚠️ Avoid this webshop at all costs!
