So glad i found this company on facebook after going to big retail chains. The prices are incredible, i actually thought it was too good to be true, but it's not! Bought a same corner sofology sells for thousands of pounds more and was able to choose paw proof fabric! Really impressed with quality as well and everyone in the shop was so friendly.

Great people, bought my first sofa of them when they were trading from little lock up units in Cheadle and now just bought a new sofa set in their brand new beautiful showroom near Manchester. Service has always been second to none!

Luxurious furniture and an amazing service from start to finish.
There was a slight issue with the legs on a chair but they fixed it within an hour.
Can’t fault this company hence 5 stars

What an amazing little find! I’m always sceptical when businesses advertise on Facebook, but how wrong I was.
From my first visit to the store, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with absolutely no pressure to buy. The delivery team were just as fantastic, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish.

This is the second sofa we have bought from Amadi, the first lasted 7 years. The price was less than dfs for more sofa and there was no hard sell in the showroom. We had been told the sofas would be ready in July, and we are very happy to say it was delivered June 5th, awesome. Beautiful and exactly what we wanted.
It was a struggle getting the corner suite into my house, but the delivery team managed it with patience and care, no damages or apparent stress. We even had an after delivery follow up to check we are happy. Well worth the cost, would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 sofas and was told there would be a 6-12 week wait which was fine. Due to be delivered whilst away but they held on to the chairs until we were back which was ideal for us. Love the sofas, really comfy and good price too, so happy all around.

I got a corner sofa, snuggle seat and footstool from Amadi Home in May last year.

They were made to order pieces and when I was enquiring about materials etc, the team were nothing short of excellent. No question was too much to ask, I received responses to all queries quickly and there was never any pressure to place the order.

The delivery team were fantastic. My footstool arrived with no feet in the package but the delivery team noticed instantly and reported this for me, the feet then arrived in the mail 2 days later.

My sofas get so many complements, they are beautiful and are so comfortable!

I’ll definitely order from here again in the future ☺️

Ignore any hate to this company, this is the best furniture shop i have been to. The delivery guys were lovley much appreciated, Julie and Marcus had brilliant customer service. I couldn't be any happier!

Horrendous experience i received a sofa totally different to the one i ordered. Aftercare was dreadful i was ignored for weeks and then bullied and lied to
I had to seek a refund through my credit card company
Marcus and Julie were awful to deal with. Do not use this company

Ordered an item and needed a later delivery date which needed a manufacturer order. They refused to honour what they stated in the shop. Change my part payment to a non refundable deposited and even fabricated an invoice! Buyer beware.

AVOID THIS COMPANY ! I purchased a sofa online for £900 . When the delivery guys turned up they quickly gave me a peice of paper to sign and left . I didn’t even have chance to unwrap it .the sofa has a rip underneath one of the cushions . I emailed them and asked for them to collect the sofa and refund . They have accused me of ‘changing my mind ‘ apparently they have photos of the sofa in perfect condition before dispatching it . And because I signed that paper there’s nothing they can do . The sofa is very poorly made , it’s cheap material and cheap wood . Do not waste your money like I have . I will be taking this further

Sofa could’ve been delivered within a couple days but we chose a week later. Delivery men were great & sofa was well wrapped!

Sofa is absolutely amazing, we’ve had the mirabel corner sofa and it’s so soft & amazing quality (I will admit we were skeptical, as we hadn’t seen it in person). Absolutely perfect cannot fault service from start to finish!

Terrible con men. They pass off second hand sofas as brand new. I purchased a sofa from this company, initially I was happy and impressed with the sofa. Unfortunately I had the sofa for less than 4 months to find that there was a huge piece of broken wood inside. After this I later discovered that this sofa had terrible repairs that had been made before I had it. There was botch job stitching underneath and a child’s toy that was stuffed in the cushions. I was mortified they had passed this sofa off as a “ex display” or a “one off designer piece” when it’s clearly second hand. They even suggested I remove my sofa kegs and sit on the floor for two months while they source a replacement even though they said they would fix the issue within 7 days.

When trying to resolve this issue, I’m repeatedly being ignored and being spoken to like I am in the wrong. They are very unprofessional. They are aware I have two babies and are happy to leave this hazardous death trap in my home.
