Diabolical Experience. A dishonest company you most definitely want to avoid !!
Amanda Luxury Cruise is massively over priced and FAR from luxury. Awful buffet food on a 5* 'Luxury' cruise with a very poor sit down meal in the evening. Cocktails are average, dining tables are allocated by room number causing conflict amongst guests as the 'first come first service' rule meaning nothing. Felt like school children in the canteen being told where to sit. Poor deflating activities. Sea water was filthy with floating rubbish everywhere. Not a clear bit of water in sight. Shower head broken and tap on the bathtub broken. No one ever at reception in person or to answer the telephone. Dishonest, pushy staff. Could not wait to get off this trip!! Poor entertainment and cramped transfer despite claiming a limonene coach transfer, plus these transfers are not included in the original ticket cost, cost $25 each way.
Was offered for someone to meet us in Hanoi Centre after the cruise to refund our drinks bill as compensation, but no one arrived. Just back and forth messaging! Absolute CON. Absolute SCAM! The 5* rating on TripAdvisor and on GetyourGuide can not be true?! Overall, a complete waste of money and time fooled by great advertising!! Save your money guys, these cruises are overrated and dishonest. Please do not be fooled by the various strangely 'amazing' reviews!!! Since posting this review on TripAdvisor, they have responded stating I complimented how beautiful the ship and food was. I had to laugh! so far from honest it is scandalous. I also completed a feedback card whilst on the ship and it was nothing but negative. Their response is sickening and have since contacted me via WhatsApp hassling me to which I have had to block them. Absolutely disgusting.
