Buyer beware

I am so disappointed in my shopping experience with Amaraa. I was super excited to receive my order. As an international customer, I realized shipping may take longer and waited two weeks after ordering to check in for updates. I placed the order on March 22nd. It is now May 16th and I have not received the order. I do also realized packages from India to North America take time. What I cannot accept is the subpar communication. I only received updates about my order when I pushed for them (receiving replies after multiple days). I love supporting Indian companies, but I am saddened to have purchased from this one.. who does not even see it important to notify the customer of shipment issues/delays etc. Customer service and communication need serious improvement.
