Unprofessional and Disappointing…

Unprofessional and Disappointing Service.

I visited this bike shop today to have my brakes checked. The mechanic confirmed that the brake discs needed to be replaced. When I asked about the timeline, he initially said it could be done next week. He then told me he was just joking and proceeded to point at the pile of bikes waiting to be fixed, making it clear it wasn't a joke after all. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is unacceptable.

Absolutely NOT recommended

Absolutely NOT recommended. We delivered a cargo bike to service and were given a price quote below 1k DKK. When we went for the pick-up, they charged us 40% more than initially agreed on, without communicating that to us in advance. They could've just called. This is completely outrageous and it is extremely bad service. Overcharging without agreeing in advance is completely unacceptable and we can therefore definitely not recommend them in any way.
