Poor response to comment on disappointing pasta.

The atmosphere and service was good, however I found the Linguine to be a bit hard and very solid. I could only eat half of it. The reaction to my comment was totally inadequate and as I found out later the Chef didn't even seem aware of the issue. Given the very expensive menu This was very poor.
I won't be going back or recommend it to friends.

Shocking front of house service Arrived with my wife and son in a buggy…

Arrived with my wife and son in a buggy (he is 2) was raining outside so we were a bit on the damp side. Anyway we waited to be seated for 5 minutes and know one at the front desk.
3 people at the bar could clearly see us waiting as they were looking at us and we were sure they were laughing, I am guessing it’s because the 3 of us were wet. After this we waited a few more minutes and left. Was told this was a nice place but after this experience very disappointed

My Husband and I got a Itison voucher…

My Husband and I got a Itison voucher for Xmas for this lovely restaurant in Aberdeen. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the voucher but the Manager David was brilliant sorting out the issue. We had a five star meal and service. The only reason I give a four star is the selection of meals on the voucher was very limited, there was lots to choose from the main menu for the same price; we ended up ordering off the main menu as we wanted to try something different. I loved the Sophia Loren Cocktail which was awesome!!

This is a lovely little Italian…

This is a lovely little Italian Restaurant in Ringwood, Hampshire.
We try to go regularly. It’s a little bit off the town centre, at the far end of Ringwood. I’m surprised there are no other reviews.
