No replies to emails or phone calls. My item is faulty… I paid £220 for a pair of McQueens that appear to be fake and the leather has gone very soft after 2 wears. Reply to my emails Amato it’s not good enough!!

This company is a scam. Ordered a pair of Alexander McQueen trainers and not arrived after 6 weeks. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. Not a real company

I ordered a trainer Alexander McQueen from armato Scott never arrived. The emailed me saying oh I’m sorry your trainers will be delayed. It should arrive between the ninth or the 10th of February still didn’t arrive and I got feeling that trainers are fake I think the reveal on there are fake as well. What a waste of time waste of money. This is the worst service. Anybody could have terrible never ever use them again waste of time. Bunch of jokers they won’t reply to the review because they don’t exist that’s why

Totally scam! I ordered a shoes last jan 13 2024 and after you pay. They dont send the package and you cannot contact them anymore. Beware of the positive reviews!!!

This is a fake company. Please do not order. I ordered a pair of yeezy trainers the end of December 23 and I'm still waiting on them arriving. I have emailed several times and have had a couple of emails back telling me my trainers are coming soon. When I tried calling the number on their website it is a Chinese person on an answering machine. You never get through to an actual person. Please don't lose your money like I have.

If you by chance get your delivery it’s B copies. I talked with them and they surprisingly responded trying to manipulate me into thinking it’s real and said that counterfeit is not possible since they purchase from official agent. The shoes I got was a pile of toxic waste, smelling petroleum. The box was damaged to max and the logo of Alexander McQueen was crumbling of goldish flakes. Since I own a numerous pairs of same model I confronted the “support” which is one and same person. Didn’t receive any response for over a week now, luckily I paid with PayPal and they returned the money on same second of issued scam.

I’m not sure how this company has all these positive reviews as it seems like a scam. I ordered at the beginning of January and still haven’t had my order. They provide a tracking number which doesn’t work and then they stop responding. I’m out of pocket £220. Definitely something strange going on. Hoping my bank can help me recover my money somehow.

Not a good good company to purchase clothing from. They do not respond to your emails and they do not pick up the phone number. That is provided. Ordered a pair of Yeezy’s over two weeks ago and still not arrived. They give you a tracking number and when you track it on Royal Mail it says we are expecting your item and it’s been saying now for seven days I would avoid this company and would not purchase again AND STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY

This company are not a good company, it took several weeks for the shoe to arrive. No communication until I prompted them why it had been several weeks without the shoe arriving. The shoes arrived stinking of glue and were sent back immediately. I have been asked to remove my review saying the sneakers were fake by trust pilot as I cannot prove the shoe I proved to be fake was the same shoe, however in my opinion the shoes are not authentic.

Purchased Yeezy 350 V2s and they're outstanding. Stylish, comfortable, and the fit is just right. The website was easy to navigate.

Paid for trainers never got them and can't get in touch with anyone for help. I don't see how you could have updated me via PayPal as I don't have PayPal
