Tibet and Mt. Kailash
Hi Thomas Mao,
Eva Polivka and Arnold Polivka just left a new 5-star review of amazing-tibet.com:
We are around 70 and have already traveled a lot in many countries. We prepared physically very well for the tour and also did altitude training at home (sleeping and training with reduced oxygen). We would recommend this, especially if you are no longer very young. We must say, that this tour, guided by Mr. TenZin was realy special and great. His profound knowledge about the Tibetan culture and religion, his professional organisation and management of all situations, his kindness, his empathie, his patience with all of us for all of us were realy amazing. His profound experience and his support how to deal with high altitudes made it possible, that we in our age could complete the pilgrimage path around Mount Kailash. The tour was put together very carefully, we saw so many perspectives of Tibet, the capital Lhasa with temples, monasteries and the Potala, amazing landscapes, lunch in a Tibetan family home, overnight stay in good hotels and guesthouses in the monasteries, the life of the Tibetan pilgrims everywhere, a wonderful view of the mountains of the Himalayan range, the Mount Everest view from a point near the base camp, the Kailash tracking and its surrounding landscape with Lake Monsarowa and also the complete different green landscape in the south near Nepal. We are happy to recommend this trip. Eva and Arnold Polivka
