Awful - Can't believe this is the only review!

My wife bought a driving experience for my birthday. The voucher comes in a case with instructions on how to redeem it through the website. It simply does not work and the company do not reply to messages. There are no actual contact details on the website either which makes me wonder whether it's actually just a scam.
