I had such a nice experience with Amber at Amazing Clubs! She was incredibly friendly, genuine, and pleasant to talk with. She took her time to understand what I needed, was very thorough and helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently.

It’s rare to receive customer service that feels this personal and sincere. I wish every company had someone who represented them as well as Amber does. She clearly cares about the customers she helps and about doing her job well.

I have been using Amazing Clubs for many years now and the products and customer support have always been excellent! The items are great gift items and everyone I send them to truly enjoy them. Additionally, their customer support team has always been great and willing to help where needed. My recent experience today with Ben was a very pleasant one and he helped me resolve my issue when I accidentally overlapped a recent gift order with a previous one that was still ongoing. Truly a great company!

Last year, a lifelong dear friend in NY sent my husband a 3 month gift from Amazing Clubs for a major b-day -- of wine selections! This year, I turned that age on my b-day, and the friend sent me 3 months of floral bouquets. The first one arrived at the end of July. When the August one didn't, I misunderstood the email Amazing Clubs sent me, so now that it's September, I emailed them. AMBER replied asap to my email and explained the delivery delay due to August's extreme heat. Now the next 2 deliveries are scheduled for future months. AMAZING CLUBS sends FABULOUS gifts -- and obviously has superb people like AMBER working for them. KUDOS to all with SINCEREST THANKS!

I received a subscription to beer of the month club as a gift. After a couple of months, I was wondering if I could switch to wine of the month. I was expecting issues and red tape, but when I called to inquire, Amber simply said, "Sure, no problem." All I had to do was choose between red or white. All my contacts with Amazing Clubs have been courteious and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We've totally enjoyed the beer we've received. The selections have come from breweries across the country, companies we'd basically never heard of ... and they've all been great! Plus, the customer service has been exemplary - including the help with rescheduling a delivery that Diego helped us with recently.

Due to difficult weather conditions, Amazing Clubs suggested delay of a shipment. That is above and beyond customer service in and of itself. It speaks quality assurance. Because I still wanted something to be delivered each month, I called and Diego was extremely helpful in making a product swap last minute! Diego, and everyone I have spoken with at Amazing Clubs have been incredible to work with! Thank you!

I placed an order for my mother-in-law's 85th birthday in MAY so she would receive 3 months of flower arrangements. It is now August, and they have made only ONE of the deliveries!! They say they have to postpone the delivery once again this month. They claim it is too hot in Florida, where their flowers are shipped from, and they only use FedEx to ship. No refrigeration!!!
The customer service was unable to offer me a solution or let me speak with a supervisor.

Ordered “wine of the month” club for my mother last Christmas. It is now August. Every month in the winter I received an email saying they can’t deliver because of the weather, ok. Now all summer they are saying they can’t deliver because of weather? Tried to rectify situation, just got empty promises. Called today to get a refund and guess what? No dice, making me jump through hoops. I have ordered this package on two other occasions and was fine. Not sure what is going on there, but there is definitely something wrong. Also, Mom said tbe quality of the few bottles of wine she did recieve was not good.

Not amazing at all! Joined the chocolate club and the first shipment was missing an entire section of the box, like someone just forgot to add it! The chocolates were very basic not even grocery store quality, various chocolate bark flavors.The second box was also basic cheap truffles with only a few flavors, and arrived with the gel ice packs oozing all over the inside. Then for three months in a row I got the same email from them saying that they couldn't ship due to extreme heat. Really??? If you're going to sell chocolate then prepare for packaging or warm weather or don't offer the club during those months. Plenty of chocolate companies have no problem with this - it's called overnight shipping with adequate ice packs. Huge disappointment and this company should not be in business AT ALL.

I am currently deployed in Somalia and a family member is receiving the monthly gifts for helping with my father while I'm away. She messaged me that May , June & July were not delivered so I followed up with Amazing Clubs Customer Service. That same day Amber sent me information regarding every shipment. She explained everything without tone or attitude…. Even after we found out May was delivered and my Aunt just forgot.😬
I thanked Amber and apologized on my end and she was so kind and assured me it was ok. All my orders from Amazing Clubs have been wonderful. The smiles and anticipation from the family members that received them are always heartwarming. They may occasionally run late due to weather every now and then…..(ice cream)…. but I have never been disappointed. Even the customer service is excellent. Thanks Amber!

I’ve been purchasing the chocolate club for my mom for years. The selections are delicious and she loves it. Her most recent delivery arrived melted. I contacted customer service and Amber immediately responded and rectified the situation. Great customer service!

I just bought a gift membership with the Wine Club through Amazing Clubs. Because the delivery address was not my own, I apparently got sloppy and transposed a couple of numbers in the address. Luckily the address did not verify in Amazing Clubs system. Within an hour I received a call from Amber at customer service. She explained the problem and allowed me to find the correct address and make the correction. I really appreciate the extra care taken.

I am pleased with the quality and service provided by Amazing Clubs. I had trouble with accessing the shipping schedule online. I called and spoke with Amber in customer service. Amber informed me of the shipping schedules and then quickly helped me sort out the account access issue. The fact that I can count on excellent customer service like that provided by Amber, make the convenience of ordering gifts through Amazing Clubs well worth it. My parents look forward to their new fruit delivery each month and always have nice things to say about the quality and assortment of fruit.
