I have been buying from them for 7 years now and would never go with anyone else.

good knowledge, good discounts, for 2 different experiences

I purchased the Chocolate Club for my son-in-law, but accidentally ordered 2 memberships! I did not realize this until the first order arrived - and both were melted. Hey, it is hot in Austin in July! Ben helped with both issues. He refunded one of the memberships and he sent a replacement for the melted chocolate. I wish all issues were as easy to resolve as this was! Thanks!

I called Ben after hours, and with no more information than my name, he was able to identify the shipping information, that there was a problem with it, and immediately began working on a solution. He asked when it was next convenient for me to receive the product, and we set it up. He spoke English with no accent, was easy to understand, and quickly analyzed the problem and effected a solution. It was a remarkably (and, sadly rare) satisfying customer relations interaction.

I renewed my daughter in laws pickle club orders. I have been buying this for her for a while. She loves all the different pickles .Amber made this purchase very easy. Thank you so much.

Ben helped me obtain the July 4th sale price. And as I renewed a gift subscription to a couple, he gave me their address that I had previously lost.

I enjoyed the 12-month wine subscription and the variety of red and white wines from around the world. The wine selection was excellent and made the subscription worthwhile.

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. One bottle had a dried-out cork that crumbled into the wine, and the wine itself was spoiled and undrinkable. When I contacted the company, they only offered a 50% discount on an extra month of my subscription instead of replacing the defective bottle.

Their policy requires problems to be reported by the 15th of the month after shipment, which makes no sense for a wine subscription since many people age or save bottles before opening them. I still have bottles from my first shipments almost a year later. A defective bottle should be replaced regardless of when it’s opened.

Great wine selection, but poor customer service means I wouldn’t purchase another subscription
