Do not ever trust Paul director of Amazing giveaways ltd! Absolute scammer - AVOID!!!

Played £5 entry for £3000 tui holiday voucher on 25/04/25 this ended the following day. Paul the director of amazing giveaways failed to contact me, after numerous messages, has informed me he won't be paying out! Very rude and does not take ownership of his actions. I had to contact the payment provider to be refunded. Paul said the reasons he will not be paying is he has not met ticket sales, it said in his terms and conditions that it will be drawn regardless! But hes edited this since to say if it doesnt meet 50% of sales it will be a failed comp! (Ive got a copy of the original). Which was sent to the ASA at the time of complaining before these were fabricated by paul. I mean who actually is that sad to go to these lengths? He is very dishonest and will play victim at every opportunity. He has shown articles of being in hospital as an excuse of not paying out but been going on holidays (probably using the voucher or the funds allocated for the comp) and posted on his social media advertising the competition with no mention that the comp will not take place! An absolute disgrace of a company and director! He will not take ownership, i have kept all records of conversations and luckily have all the evidence i need. He is very very dishonest, doesn't answer any calls, and doesnt acknowledge that he is in the wrong! Why run a competition business if you had no intention of running it genuinely? Did he even pay out the 12k Rolex comp that had 2 entries? No sign of this either! Has ruined my hopes and trust of entering any comps in the future and shattered dreams of winning for me and my young children.
