I'm unable to give less than 1 star!

Here's my experience...

I bought a medal hanger for my wife as a present. I requested her full hyphenated name. It came with just the first half of her which is somebody else's name
I contacted their support. They offered me the standard 5USD refund but the product has somebody else's name on it so that's not good enough. I kept going and they even attempted to make me believe they had delivered the correct name. Including creating an image of the correct name, hung some medals on it and sent me the image. Very deceitful practice this!!!
I then started another discussion. I took a different angle and created 2 images myself. 1 showing the requested name and 1 showing what they sent me. At which point they finally said they'd send me a new product. Yay?
Sadly, not! This product still wasn't right. It had more letters but still incomplete
Yet again, I contact support and they're now suggesting 11USD refund is the best they can do. I know that's not right since they have previously sent me a new lump of metal. I've checked other images on their site and the name shouldn't cause an issue - there are longer hyphenated names. Besides, just tell me if it's not possible and we can work something out
I've even requested they just send me a new item with the 2 initials of her name but I doubt that's going to happen
So, please be wary of this place and if they get it wrong don't expect anything
I'm pretty sure I saw them trading out of Cardiff in Wales but now their address on their site is Cambridge but if you check customs house records they don't seem to be there. Another search has shown the company as dissolved with a last address an apartment in London
I'll put today's date on this but this has been going on for almost 4 months now

Purchased a medal hanger for my son to arrive for his birthday in June 23 ... it's now February 24 and still nothing has arrived. The tracking shows an alleged parcel stuck in Edinburgh for over 7 months now.

Sent emails to "amazing go" vendor but nothing is ever replied to. Thankfully I got a refund from my CC company.

Would avoid if purchasing from outside the US.

Shame really as product looks good but never arrived and no customer service, therefore would not recommend at all.

Ordered a medal hanger for part of my Grandsons Christmas present towards the end of October. It arrived on the 15th January after sending numerous emails which were responded to by computer generated replies with links that lead nowhere.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! This company does not even deserve my rating of ‘1’. I ordered (6) medal hangers on 11/25/23. The money ($238.59) was deducted from my account on 11/27/23. When my order did not arrive, Amazinggo directed me to an email address from the ‘seller’. They continue to tell me that the order was shipped and the shipping company is upgrading their system and cannot provide a tracking number. I have consistently asked for the name of their company as well as the name of the shipping company. They will not provide the info. I have been scammed out of $238.59. Don’t let this happen to you!

My order shipped then no further information. Email inquiries provided no information. Amazinggo doesn’t provide a customer service phone number. So my order is gone with no ability to follow up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give a negative star I would!!!! Absolutely disgraceful company. I wish I could post all the emails I have received and sent since October but there are just too many! I ordered 8 medal hangers for my grandchildren for Christmas - finally received 6 of them after Christmas with one being incorrect. Instead of boy - name - running - basketball, it had my grandson’s name with a girl motif and a graduation mortar board. After sending a photo of the outside of the parcel (which had all the correct details) and a photo of the actual medal hanger I received this email: On Wed, 10 Jan 2024 at 9:16 pm, Amazinggo wrote:

Insulting and out of pocket by a heck of a lot more than $5!!!!

I ordered a metal hanger for my son on 11/23/2023 for Christmas and still have not received the package. No one will respond to my emails or provide updates. I also asked for a refund and nothing. It's a scam and no gift for my son!

Scam, scam, scam!!! Ordered the medal hangers 11/23/23 for grandsons Christmas & they never came. After digging found they show 2 different ‘trackings’. One says started in Italy, then it stops in Seattle Washington. After sending complaints was directed to another site which says it started in China and stops in US destination. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. It took over a month to get my daughter’s medal hanger after numerous emails with the horrible customer service team. It finally arrived and it came in damaged and I’m still fighting with them to get a refund! Worst customer service and purchasing experience. Now we are out $55 and have a damaged Christmas gift for our daughter.

I ordered two Medal Hangers in October 2023, for Christmas Gifts. It's now 22 Dec 2023 and items have never been delievered, despite my numerous emails to them!!! They did reply ... three times ... with the same following comments: "We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have contacted the carrier to update status as soon as they can. Please do not worry and kindly wait for its arrival. Thank you for your kindness and understanding". Don't worry!!!!!
Kindness and Understanding!!!! Seriously!!!! I'm extremely disappointed, not to mention being $150.00AU out of pocket ... I'm a Pensioner and these were for my Granddaughters ... I don't have the money to be 'scammed' like this. Don't ever deal with AMAZINGGO ... Amazing, they are NOT!!! NOT HAPPY !!!!

Stay away from this company. I never received my order and can't get in touch with their customer service. They stole $60 from me.

Easily dirty if you get white, Not a durable shoe but cute

They can look both casual and dressy. And in person, the sweater is very flattering.

I received a faulty item that was bent. I have tried to contact customer service through email and Facebook. But haven't heard anything back and paid nearly £60 for a damaged item. The metal is also very thin, hence it was bent during delivery. Do not purchase from thus company, it is a complete scam.

I wouldn't give them a $1. Incorrect item delivered and they expected me to pay an additional $3USD.
Very poor customer service. If an incorrect product is received the customer should rightfully get their money back or be provided with the correct order.
Shame on you.

Misaddressed order. Never received and they wanted me to pay additional money towards shipping for them to replace the lost order. Found out, via ‘Shop’ app, that the items were returned to them yet they’ve not bothered to either resend it out correctly or refund my money. Had to file a dispute with my credit card. Very poor customer service.
