We've used these guys three times in the last 2 years. The first move 2 years ago was unremarkable. Our second move a few weeks ago there was a major miscommunication regarding the team they sent for packing who was extremely rude about it and I ended up having to spend a whole day packing our kitchen. The move today is going horribly, two of the three movers are slow as molasses and appear to be dazed and sleep walking through the move. I'll be really frustrated if they try to charge me full price for this move. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office, all calls go to voicemail and many people only work certain days. I know this company has been highly recommended in the past but I wouldn't use them based on our experience today.
