Still have not received my shirts or mugs that i ordered over a week ago and i been emailing them with no response and i put it down for a 4 day express shipping

I ordered a shirt the print was off centered. I have emailed the company several times with no response. I'm very disappointed with my shirt it was a waste of my money!!! It would be nice if you could a response from this company

Very similar to everyone else's review. I ordered a shirt and it came with images of kids with the wrong ethnicity. I reached out five times before finally getting a response. I responded immediately to tell them what was wrong and haven't heard back since.

Do NOT use this company. I ordered T-shirt & coffee mug combo for Father’s Day. The Children on the shirt were the wrong ethnicity. I contacted the company to which they sent me a preview of a shirt (no longer mentioning the mug) which was correct. I approved the previewed shirt and they sent me the same incorrect shirt again. Sent everything back to the company. Haven’t heard from them since.

Printing Defect. I received my T-shirt however the transfer did not come out the properly One of the kids there is only a partial printing. I have sent repeated messages and pictures of the error but they do not respond. I can understand no returns on personalized item but they should refund or exchange for defective printing.

My order was never sent to me for a review. After I reached about getting a replacement or refund...they stop responding will report to BBB and get my credit union involved at this point.

If i could give them a zero, I would.
Ordered a t-shirt at the beginning of August, still not arrived, have emailed 3 times, no reply.
This is one of those nasty pop up shopify stores that just take your money and doesn't provide the product. Instead they give a fake tracking number that only goes back to their site which says your product has been shipped.
Shopify have a lot to answer for, and really need to put more measures in place to protect consumers from bogus sites using their platform.

This sight should not be able to be up the customer service is awful it takes them awhile to respond they dont want to solve any issues with orders nor refund your money i am having quite a hard time getting them to resend an item the fact that they have no phone number so you can talk to a real person will not be ordering anything else its just ridiculous for a company to tell people they are concerned with their customers but do nothing to show that and expect good reviews well they dont get one here i advised people to be careful ordering anything from them if you want to lose money and be avoided then by all means order away

Finally got my shirt today ordered July 20th I really like it

Ordered this shirt back in March as a Mother's Day gift and still haven't received the final product. I initially requested a shirt with 3 boys but received 2 boys and a baby in a pink diaper. Tried contacting them multiple times. They didn't respond until AFTER I posted a negative review on the page. They would not issue me a refund, so I had no choice but to get a new shirt. It then took them three weeks just to get the item corrected and shipped back out. I was promised overnight shipping to ensure it arrived before Mother's Day. Just tracked it and it will be here on 11 May. Horrible customer service, they refuse to issue refunds, and makes promises they don't keep. I hope this company goes out of business.

After trying to contact these on several occasions to sort out where my order was and to request a full refund I have been ignored completely. Do not waste your time ordering from them it's not worth the hassle.
