Mr. Ayala is the best landlord we’ve ever had the privilege of being with! His accommodating nature, professionalism, friendly demeanor and swift responsiveness have made renting a home away from home a lovely experience. The property is lovely, centrally located, well maintained, bright and given in impeccable condition. He is attuned to our needs as tenants, and genuinely goes above and beyond. He seems to have a fleet of handymen if there is ever a need, and owns the landlord role with full conscientiousness, grace, technical prowess and enthusiasm! We are delighted to be his tenants and would 1000/10 recommend any project he’s affiliated with. This is our third year renting the property, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

An experience worth going back to whenever I need a space to live or rest! Amazing professionalism with a tranquil space in a prime location, only 20 minutes transport link to central London.

Highly accommodating landlord and lovely person!

Since the moment we moved in, Aaron made us feel comfortable and provides quick help with his nifty handy man when necessary! He always has a fast response time and is genuinely a lovely person! Our place had been newly renovated thanks to Aaron and I am delighted to call him my landlord. Couldn’t recommend him and his company enough.

Aaron has been an amazing landlord! He accommodated us very well even from the move in date that he managed to move forward to suit us better. The flat is gorgeous and newly renovated and anything we need, he always responds very quickly and has always been able to have a handyman round within 24 hours as well as lending us tools to help with our furniture building. I would 100% recommend him and his company.
