Deactivated for technical issues?

I only did flex for a few months, I loved it until I got deactivated for "marking that I've arrived and checking in, but not delivering anything too many times." ...what? I'm waiting for the appeal decision because I'm pretty sure that it's something that the retail stores we pick up for, aren't doing or it's some type of glitch because every time I've done the retail store pick ups, I get an email a day or two after saying that I didn't pick up tbe orders that I acknowledged and deliver them even though I did and I contacted flex support the first time I got it but after that I didn't think anything of it because I assumed that them having the proof of delivery would also be seen and it would just automatically get taken off or something. I just ignored the emails saying that I didn't deliver the orders I acknowledged after that not realizing I needed to contact support each time to get that fixed so my ratings wouldn't suffer. I didn't pay attention to my standings enough to catch that it was affecting them and here I am now, deactivated for technical errors? Or retail store employees not doing something maybe? IDK but I did send an email last week after getting the same email about not delivering, and I asked them why I keep getting those emails because I am picking up and delivering the orders, look at the proof of delivery. But was just given the ai response "sorry you're having technical difficulties." But not given an explanation for why I kept getting them after every retail delivery even though there's pictures of the delivery.

Zero rating for the App

I can't believe this app is made by Amazon. I'm in Australia and I have Australia as my region on my Apple Store and it keeps downloading the American version. I talked to the help team several times and they had no clue whatsoever and offered zero help.

The review will change if they fix…

The review will change if they fix their app.
1. I've used Amazon programs of some sort for literally 20 years and I find it hard to believe that they developed this app themselves.
2. App will not go past the third step of the onboarding and no back button to to manually go through onboarding, so the developers were clearly over confident that everything would work right.
3. Due to the fatal error encountered trying to go through onboarding, I have no choice but to tell my delivery driver friends to stay away from this app. I was the test monkey (15 years driving experience) and Amazon Flex failed.

Amazon Flex very unprofessional

Amazon Flex is a joke! So I missed two blocks because of car issues and Amazon deactivated my account. Apparently you can appeal their decision. I kindly send an email back to their support team telling them about what happened, Amazon email me back saying that they would reactivate my account. The whole time Amazon never followed through. Instead, Amazon says I have too many accounts that’s a violation but has still deactivated. WHAT!!! Amazon Flex RED FLAGS!!!!

Hello

Guys
I am working for Amazon Flex for the last 3 months. None of their customer care put phone down on me. They always have been very helpful and talk to us until they solve the issue. They respond to the emails very quick. I work in London though. I never had any problems with them.

I tried working for the company

I tried working for the company, however they had issues with the onboarding. After over 2 weeks of dealing with it no one wanted to help me. The amount of customer service reps who barely spoke English and hung up on me was ridiculous. Honestly feel discriminated against and they should be ashamed of their poor management.

Unfair and ruthless

Same as a lot of workers on here. I got accused of not returning parcels when I had. I had a terrible delivery slot in adverse weather conditions, I was losing phone signal so no GPS, no app. Did they help me? Did they fu€k !!!
Now they’ve deleted me without any fair investigation 😡

Awful shameful place and people. NOT PAID ME WHEN YOU EMAILED TO SAY YOU WOULD AS YOU ADMITTED IT WAS YOUR FAILT! You will now hear from my solicitor and be sued and taken to court for a lot more! More than enough satisfactory evidence to sue you! Rude and disgusting people!

Amazon kept saying I didnt return…

Amazon Flex kept saying I didnt return packages after doing excellent and great, I got a message stating I never sent packages back. I recorded myself returning them and they wouldn't take my evidence. They will deactivate you for anything. WAREHOUSE WORKERS DO NOT SCAN PACKAGES ON TIME EITHER Or they are keeping them. MAKE SURE YOU ARE SCANNING AND RETURNING THEM BACK WITH YOUR OWN PHONE!!!! EVEN OF THEY DIDNT TAKE MY EVIDENCE, PLEASE STILL RECORD YOURSELF. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND AMAZON IS CORRUPT. THEY CAN REPLACE YOU IN A HEARTBEAT.

Please please avoid it at any cost...

Do a static job even you get pay less at least you are working in safe place. They pay you 70 and you have to deliver 80 miles away. On top of that most deliveries are in farms. Farms are usually away from main road with poor path way. I remember have to do 15 miles away from the road and no phone service or road just a single poor path through woods. Please! Please! Avoid to be a flex delivery driver at any cost. You gonna ruin your vahicle, your mental health and risking your safety. Most of the times the phone number given by customer is not working or they don't bother to recive your call. If you are delivering in cities like Manchester... You gonna get parking tickets if you park outside because no one is going to open door foe you to go inside a building... There is no way you can ring Amazon team at any point to ask foe help...I hope, I made my point... Another thing if you could not deliver parcel on same day return it to center befor 10 on morning next day...

Poor pay and AWFUL FLEX-SUPPORT

When I started doing some deliveries, around this time last year, the whole scheme was fairer. They were offering different blocks at different prices. You knew that if you were booking one 3.5 hours block paid £73.50 you were going to drive a lot. Now, most of the times, they offer 3.5 hours blocks at the flat rate of £51 and then you are required to drive something like 100 miles... Good luck if you make a very little earning out of those blocks. Besides, whenever there is a problem with a parcel and you need to take it back to the depot (even if it's their fault) it is always the driver who has to bear the costs (time, car and petrol). Which I find it to be unfair. The drivers support is fine, most of the times, but the Amazon-Flex support...?!?! Please!!! They just shut you down with no answers and no reasons. A sort of dictatorship! If you're thinking about joining, think twice! Going to quit.

Amazons treatment for their drivers

This company makes it so difficult to communicate with their support but if you have challenges you are definitely guilty until you prove your innocence and good luck speaking with someone.
It’s ok if they mess up and inconvenience the drivers but if you make a mistake they will hang you out to dry. Not to mention I have been a victim of three attempted car jacking and Amazon acted like it was my fault. Dog attacked, injuries delivering at night. That’s just a few.
No accountability on Amazons side.

Makes no sense.

I made an account, watched the videos to learn how to become a courier, but must’ve used a different email or there was a crossover with my phone number. I don’t know what happened but instead of helping me they’ve just suspended my account. I got a DBS and everything and now I can’t make an income with them for no reason at all.
