I contacted them when I was less than 12 hours away from having my account blocked. Amazon needed a preventive plan of action. I really hoped they had time and they actually wrote me an appeal, which prevented the account from being blocked.

My account was blocked for relation. And I usually solved all the problems with the account myself, and even here I was sure that Amazon made a mistake since I only had one account.
