At first this looked like a service provided by Amazon. It’s only been around a year and is called Amzon Publishing Central, not Amazon. That’s my red flag; they are not transparent about this. It’s a paid service I don’t need with what Amazon KDP already offers writers for free.

This company is quite unprofessional. It’s hard to tell if they even actually publish anything. If you review elsewhere you can see others who have had very bad experiences. Their “guarantees” are major red flags. The contract they send out is sketchy and poorly written with grammatical errors. When we brought these reviews and concerns to the rep we were emailing with he used profanity in response and insisted they are affiliated with Amazon. This is likely untrue. Be careful who you pay.
