This company lists the following address as their office in the US; 13500 W Airport Blvd Suite B 1011, Sugar Land, TX 77498, United States. Company employees told me there office is staffed with employees ready to help me. They even named an employee.
When you google the address and go to street view you can see it's a "commercial mail receiving agency", a place you can rent a mailbox at if you wish to remain anonymous. Huge red flags guys. STAY AWAY, send them NO MONEY.
An employee of the company responded to my request to personally visit their company office in Sugarland Texas and ask questions about how they would market my book. She said "visiting the office would invalidate any NDA in place".
The afternoon after I wrote the review the business manager called from his NY and UK phone numbers more than 8 times, the switched to a "private number" for several more calls while I was in a meeting (texted him to leave a message each time).
I listened to the voice mail he left concerning my review. He said I should delete the review or he would involve MS 13 in this dispute.
I've apparently struck a nerve.
Employees said they have fellow employees at the Sugarland office, but calls to the business there (a place to rent mailboxes) had never of him and said no book editing is being done there.
Another employee called my phone and threatened me if I did delete the review. He said would have MS 13 visit me (the violent Mexican gangsters) and said was a member, and to "look it up". I saved that voicemail if anyone wants it.
As a first-time author, I didn't know where to start, and I was totally clueless. They described everything beforehand, and in the span of a month, we were done with my story and after rigorous marketing, we sold over 500 copies of my self-help book in just the first month. Kudos to Amazon Publishing Prime.

Continuous phone calls, harrassment, refusing to provide details, acting malicious and telling me they won't stop calling because I made an enquiry and I should buy their product.
Disgusting practice. I won't be using this company or any affiliates.
