useless just grant a to z claims to customers even though the tracking shows the item was delivered to the customer address

appeal turned down with no real reason phone agent useless and cant help -( you cant speak to the team that can help )

no seller help or protection upon selling products
the courier will only accept claims on delivered items with a denial of receipt which i wont get now because the customer has been refunded via amazon

we just have to take the loss this has happend a few times and im really considering not doing business with amazon anymore as there is no real support for sellers

Expect no insurance protection with Amazon Protect!

I purchased two phones and amazon protect accidental insurance with the phones.

One of the phone within a month was dropped, I contacted amazon customer services who couldn’t find the insurance.

It was not in My orders section of my app, customer services had to find the policy, after several days they found the wrong policy, unknown to me, they proceeded to advise me
Someone would be in contact, no one was, it should have been amazon protect.

Again I contacted amazon customer services and the same issue ensued, this repeated process went on for several weeks and months.

Amazon protect eventually contacted me and send me a form that was not editable, several emails later they sent me a the policy contact details, the insurer advised me (square trade) I had no policy, even though I was paying monthly direct debits!

I had to return to customer services they Inturn said the other department will contact me. I hear nothing this process continues and finally I get an email from amazon protect London general who tell my policy is expired, on the phone I don’t want to claim against as it’s not damaged.

I’m back to beginning again, I have reported Amazon protect to the financial ombudsman.

DON’T BUY INSURANCE WITH AMAZON PROTECT!

BEWARE: AMAZON Protect Refuses to Cover Latent Defect

Product Purchased in UK for My Parents

I spent 100 pounds to purchase Amazon Protect on an Amazon Certified Refurbished Apple Computer.

The computer malfunctioned and the hard drive had errors. I was able to guide my 93-year old father through the process of reformatting the hard drive and installing OSX. However, in doing so, I found that the reseller (CRS-UK) had failed to have the computer removed from Apple's DEP program (this gives a third party access rights to the Apple PC and restricts software that can be loaded). CRS-UK admits that this happens on occasion but refuses to resolve the problem since the purchase was 2 years ago. The product is covered under a 4-year Amazon Protect warranty; however, they claim this is a software issue and hence not covered. The bottom line is I am stuck with a defective product because the Amazon certified Reseller was either incompetent or deceitful and hid a latent defect and the Amazon Protect refuses to cover the problem.

Me account was bin restrict it for no reason any way they ask me for invoice to some of the item which I do have them for sale I send them the invoice they say to me is not enough any way I give up for appel.
I contact payment team to send me balance to me account and they say to me they will keep the money for 90 days or even more I ask them to send me link page where this is writing they can hold the money for 90 days not even after 2 weeks is didn't receive nothing about this.
Be really carafull selling on amazon they just want to use your money after selling and if you do something wrong they can block your money whit out any reason.

Very impressed!

Very impressed! Have tried a few different services similar to this one in the past, but this one is really a step above. From the initial inquiry to the execution of the appeal, I felt very confident in Amazon Seller Protection's services. Account was instantly reinstated after submitting my appeal. Will be using again in the inevitable future whenever the Amazon Performance Police strikes again!

We definitely recommend them! These guys are greatly helpful!

We were in desperate situation when we tried a few times to appeal our account back. We got Amazon Seller Protection help us, then after first appeal, they stopped asking more information, then another day, they said our account was reinstated even though the funds were held for two weeks. That was a great news for us! We were so thankful that we got Amazon Seller Protection to help us and got our account going. We definitely recommend them to anybody who needs their help. They responded fast and worked fast. Thank you!

ALEC and his team went above and beyond to get my Amazon store back up and running. My account was reinstated within 3 DAYS once I submitted their appeal. The appeal was top notch, and something I could not have wrote on my own. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH.....

They did a great job for us. We had to escalate the problem. Without Amazon Seller Protection, this problem would not have been resolved. I should have contacted them right away.

Worked for me!
