lovely product and nice packaging
However we had ordered a click and collect for 11.00 am and when we arrived at 11.15 the order was not ready and they just started fulfilling it.
It would be nice if we could have just collected rather then having to wait around

Unfortunately the order was not…

Unfortunately the order was not delivered on time for the birthday celebration. An email was sent the day before to apologies.
When the order was received one of the three items was not delivered and just had refund on the invoice. This was the first I knew.
And to add insult to injury the refund was not automatically applied but after prompting arrived in my account 2 days later.
As you can imagine I am thoroughly disappointed. Is this something to do with the acquisition of ambala in March 2025? If so they need to get their act together and not rely on the goodwill of what was a great company.

Good, reliable and great taste. Would like them to give customers option to customise the boxes and not have option s that are pre-selected.

Appalling Customer Service!!

Ambala missed delivering my order for Eid. Upon contacting them they are not bothered and passed the buck to the Courier!!

We needed to go and buy all the gifts again at our Local Nafees. If we would have know this would be the outcome why bother ordering online and early from Amabala ?!

They used DPD who did not bring the parcel on the day and send the message that "we were not at home", while we were, DPD did not even ring the door!!

Both Ambala and DPD are seemed not to be bothered about our complaint, and it seems customers DO NOT COUNT!!

Really great laddoos and friendly…

Really great laddoos and friendly service! The ability to preorder online and collect without charge makes it very convenient. The staff in-store were also very friendly and we'll certainly be utilising this service again.

Awful service

Sweet quality was good but customer service is awful. They did not deliver few items in the order but didn’t refund the money. Despite sending multiple emails they didn’t respond.

Dry and stale mitai…

I ordered online but was dissapointed with the mitai as they were very very dry and not juicy at all , I gave some to my family as gifts and they all said the same thing - I think it’s best to order from the shop and not online -
