Once a good site, now a Fraudulent site.
The Amber Crown site was passed to me by my friend who has made purchases with them before and recently. After I placed the order on June 15/2026, I have not received any email confirmation or delivery. I kept checking the order & delivery info. So I finally wrote them email on June 22. They apologized and asked for some more informatio which I provided. Nothing happened. I followed up again June 24 using their website “contact us” link. They responded with the same AI generated response asking for the same information two days ago. So never any delivery. DON’T ever trust this Amber Crown site. Stealing money.
Subsequently, without any communication to me, I found out via the “Shop” app that the collars were being shipped. I finally received them on June 27/28 after I posted this experience here. While it was resolved, it was a bad experience taking one so much energy & time to follow up in different channels.
