Well, well, well, what can I say? Firstly, the fireplace product itself, I’m hugely pleased with. It is excellent quality at an affordable cost. But also the customer service from the team at Amber Mist Fires was exemplary. They really helped me through the process of purchase and delivery, which was very quick from the point of order. Sadly I wasn’t in when the delivery was first made, but the delivery driver, Jack, made arrangements for a prompt re-delivery through contact on my Ring Doorbell. Amazing service all round.

Great fire. More the happy with the purchase. It looks stunning in our media wall. We got the 1800mm fire with our 65 inch tele and it’s perfect. We don’t use the heating feature very often as we have a new build property but it’s handy to have if we just want to take the chill off the room. The main purpose for us was the visual effect and giving our living room a bit of a feature and this product does exactly that

Outstanding service from start to finish. On the morning of delivery their van got stuck, which could’ve easily meant a cancellation but instead of letting me down, they went above and beyond. They somehow managed to fit the luxe fireplace into a car ! and drove two hours, arriving at 9pm on a Friday night, just so I could still get it installed over the weekend.

That level of commitment and care is rare these days. The fireplace is now installed and it’s absolutely amazing looks incredible and works perfectly. I honestly couldn’t be happier, not just with the product but with the people behind it. Highly recommend this company if you want quality, professionalism, and service that genuinely goes the extra mile.

I wanted a fire that was realistic for a media wall I was planning and came across the Ambermist Luxe Black which has been an inspired choice and made our living room a truly cosy place. I would strongly recommend getting the woodland logs as there is no comparison with the ceramic ones that come as standard. A great fire with matching service from initial contact to delivery

After searching for a few months, visiting multiple showrooms, and a lot of indecision, I reached out to Ambermist to find out about their Luxe fire.
I was really keen to get a premium and realistic as possible fire.
I had not been impressed with British Fires or Evonic despite their rave reviews.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Mark was incredibly patient and knowledgable. After seeing the Luxe in person, I bought it immediately.

The biggest selling point is the fact you can control all 3 sets of lightning separately and lower the brightness of all individually. So I can go from having a roaring fire to a few sparks off the “coals” which is exactly what I wanted. The real woodland logs look incredible and the black back gives it a really nice reflection.

Overall, I cannot recommend Ambermist enough and I’m very very pleased with my choice.

I bought the Amber Mist 1500 fire and it’s honestly fantastic. It looks amazing in my living room – so stylish, modern and the flame effect is really realistic and super cosy. It’s completely changed the feel of the room, especially on an evening. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with it!

The whole experience was great too. The team were brilliant from the start, really helpful, fast to answer any questions, and the communication was spot on all the way through. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which is so refreshing.

If you’re thinking about getting one, 100% go for it. Gorgeous product, amazing service – winner all round.

Mark and his team went above and beyond in delivering our fire from Liverpool to Glasgow on a really wet Friday night. He has always been more than helpful throughout and the fire works a treat. Highly recommended.

We had a media wall fitted a few years ago, and it’s still perfect—looks great and hasn’t aged a bit. When we decided to go for something slightly different, nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare is second to none—we had a minor issue four years after the original install, and he was still on hand to help. You don’t get that kind of service often. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this kind of work.

Did a lot of searching to find the best 3 sided fire around and the fire they supplied came out top by a mile. Looks absolutely stunning and the service from Mark was 2nd to none. Cant rate highly enough,a pleasure to deal with 5☆☆☆☆☆ 😁
