Came here to order a new Whynter AC unit with a manufacturer's coupon. Placed the order on a Tuesday night, it was fulfilled and shipped the next day, and FedEx had it delivered to our door by Saturday morning. Very happy with the speed of order fulfillment and regular order status updates. The shipping cost felt a little high, but it was a 100lb unit so I didn't really expect it to ship for free.

Would be nice if the website was more polished and didn't have glaring holes of missing content.

This company is the only source offered for spare parts by the manufacturer of my portable air conditioner, Whynter. I am quite unhappy with this store. The activated carbon air filter, which supposedly has a life of 3 months only, cost $32.99 plus $13.99 for shipping via FedEx. There is no other shipping option available and the FedEx shipping is much too expensive and completely unnecessary for an item such as this, when USPS Ground Advantage would do the same job for about $5.
In addition, after I inadvertently purchased the wrong air filter, the store refused to acknowledge my return request so that all I could do was eat the $47 spent and order the correct item, thus costing me $94 for a filter with only a 3-month life! Their Returns Policy page and the presence of a Return Request Form implies that a return can be made, but this was not the case.
The Whynter product is decent, but I wish they would offer a more reputable and cost-effective choice for the spare parts. What a sad ripoff of my precious retirement funds. This store experience has been disappointing enough that I will plan to just go without the costly filters - and make my displeasure with this business known as much as possible on the web.

I recently purchased a Portable AC Exhaust Hose because I couldn't find it anywhere but on this site. AmbientStores shipped out my product and I received it within 2 days.
