DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I purchased the Rizz ring in May 2026. Did not work with the app. No consistent readings many many many emails and still no response and although I was within the time to return they refused to give me the RMA code to return. Shocking customer service. They now don’t respond to my emails. I hope my bank will refund me otherwise I have lost all my money to what I can only assume is a scam company. They are certainly not based in the US as they claim

Worst Company Ever

I would not select ANY stars if it were possible. This was the worst experience - and it is still continuing as I write the review. Here's the short of the story: I purchased the Rizz ring on March 18, 2026. The company was very quick to debit the money from my account, but took forever to send me the ring. And they sent it AFTER I requested for them to cancel my order. I received the ring (the second color choice was received) with no explanation of the color choice and NO USER MANUAL include. I tried the ring out for a few days thinking it would somewhat accurately my glucose - even if it were in the ballpark. The app was very difficult to use and I found myself having to refresh the app just to get any type of updated reading. I reached out to the company for return instructions. I did what they told me, but I also requested a delivery receipt and signature on pick up from USPS. Once I saw that it was picked up, I reached out to the company requesting my refund. Nothing. I kept reaching out and they finally said the ring had been picked up and to "expect a refund to the bank account within 5 - 7 days." As of June 15, 2026, NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I have sent the company email after email requesting a refund and there has not been a reply since the "expectation" email dated May 21. I have since filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau and will see what that brings. Next step will be to head to the bank to dispute this charge. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are horrible to deal with and have the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with.

If I could give a minus star I would

If I could give a minus star I would. Probably the worst company to deal with. I ordered the Rizz ring in August 2025.. I have still not received it. Only got an email about 3 weeks ago notifying me that they need more money for shipping. I already paid for shipping and it is not my problem if their logistics department does not know what they are doing. Also after reading all of the other complaints about them, why would I send them more money??? Either ship my ring or refund me. But emails get ignored! They are basically scamming everyone. They should be shut down permanently.
EDIT: It has now been another 7 days and still no reply via email or on here.
Order #246553 was placed on August 15, 2025 and is currently Processing. I want a refund now!

Almost a year to arrive, doesn't work, app doesn't work either

Pre-ordered and paid for the 'Rizz' ring last August. Finally arrived at the end of May after repeated emails asking for an update. Ring and or App does not work. You get temp, intermittent HR and wildly inaccurate step count but none of the other features worked. I sent the app error log from my phone to Ambrosia as the app kept crashing over a week ago but I've had no response. Based on the lack of working product and response I've asked for a full refund of the ring which is now boxed up ready to be sent back.
I was a previous user of their 'Nightrider' product which was great. The same app supposedly works for 'Rizz' but it's very clunky and doesn't even match the instructiona nd promotional material Ambrosia ship out.

Since August of 2025

I preordered a Rizz ring in August of 2025, #246565. I received a sizing kit in September 2025 which I sent in the day after receiving it. On September 30, 2025, I received an email saying “Your RIZZ will now be ready November 15, 2025.

Since then, I’ve received 2 emails saying my ring will be shipping soon. On February 16, 2026, I received an email saying that they were out of black and silver color Rizz rings and could they ship me a Gold color ring. I replied any color would be fine. I’ve not heard back since.

Ridiculous.

RIZZ RING SCAM

The rizz ring ordered but not yet received.
Its been more than 4 months now.
No response from customer care to emails. Messages etc.

When I opened case with PayPal. They immediately replied that they have gold color available but I hadn't approved and they created a shipping label on UPS to delay the PayPal case.

This is scam company. Keep away

No Rizz ring has turned up

Agreed with many here about the non appearance of the Rizz ring. Especially disappointing as a previous user of Nightrider which I found helpful I was happy to invest in the promised ring.
As indicated by others getting the size kit took time but arrived eventually. Many contacts with promises but no actual product delivery. I mail received end of Jan telling me it was being shipped next week. Guess what… no shipping info and no product
They must be having a considerable laugh at the diabetic community.

I ordered the Rizz ring back in August of 2025. It’s now February of 2026 and I haven’t received it yet. I’ve contacted them multiple times demanding a refund but each time they say that it’s about to ship but ignore my refund request. It’s become obvious that this is nothing more than a scam company. Please avoid!!

Crappie company delays since July order…

Crappie company delays since July order was supposed to be sent by October again delays i am opting for a refund its been 2 weeks of my request and kept ignoring me. Cannot trust them . Product also looks like a scam the RISS RING. AVOID ...although they acknowledged refund I had to keep asking and being ignored and look at the other reviewers same story. Poor customer service and doubtful about the technology and people are not getting their items. Avoid cleaning clear hassle had they paid me when asked I would not have written this

Order delivered only as sizing sample – final product never received


I am sharing my experience to help other customers make an informed decision.

Order 246592 involved the purchase of smart ring Rizz. As part of the process, I received a sizing sample rings box, which is normal and expected.

However, the final product was never delivered.

Multiple tracking numbers were generated for the shipping (after 2 months of delay) neither of which shows confirmed carrier acceptance or delivery. One appears stalled, the other last tracking was 2 weeks ago from JFK.

The only shipment successfully delivered was the sizing sample using UPS in September.

Despite this, a tracking related to a different shipment was provided to PayPal, which resulted in the case being closed, even though the final product had not been received.

The order still appears as ON HOLD on the company website, and fast shipping (39 USD) was paid but not provided.

I have repeatedly requested either delivery with proper express shipping or a refund, without resolution so far.

This review reflects documented facts and my direct experience.

UPDATE – December 30, 2025

Additional tracking was shared after this review, but the product has still not been delivered and fast shipping was not provided. The situation remains unresolved.

A refund does not resolve the core issue.

The product itself does not work as expected, and this is the main problem — not just the delay or the communication.

Receiving an item late is one thing. Receiving an item that simply doesn’t deliver what it promises is another.

Your response focuses on logistics, but completely avoids addressing the actual performance and reliability of the product.

From a customer’s perspective, this feels like a generic reply rather than a real attempt to take responsibility.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously, because improving shipping is not enough if the product itself is not effective.

A product should work reliably in real-world conditions, not only under ideal setup assumptions. If correct setup, specific conditions, or additional guidance are required to obtain basic functionality, this should be clearly communicated upfront.

From my side, the issue was not a lack of willingness to use the product correctly, but the fact that the results did not match what was promised.

Offering step-by-step support after the purchase does not change the initial experience, which was disappointing.

At this point, my feedback remains the same: the problem is not just usability, but the overall reliability and consistency of the product in everyday use.

I appreciate the acknowledgment, but I would like to clarify a few important points.

The explanation related to setup, placement, or individual physiology does not align with my experience. I have tested the ring on different fingers and under normal usage conditions, and the results remain inconsistent.

At the same time, I am currently using other sensors and another smart ring, all under the same conditions, and they provide stable and reliable data. This makes it unlikely that the issue is related to my physiology or usage.

For this type of product, reliability should not depend on “ideal conditions” or extensive troubleshooting after purchase. It should work consistently in everyday use.

I also find it important to highlight that this follow-up is happening several months after my initial experience, which impacts the overall perception of support and responsiveness.

I remain open to testing improvements, but based on my experience so far, the core issue appears to be related to data reliability rather than setup or usage.

I have installed and tested the beta version of the app, but the same issues remain.

At this point, it is possible that my specific unit is defective. However, I am not willing to spend additional money on returns or replacements, considering the initial cost of around €300 and the experience so far.

For comparison, the same amount would cover several weeks of reliable measurements using dedicated sensors.

I am fully aware that a smart ring cannot match the accuracy of a medical-grade sensor. However, I would expect at least consistent and regular readings.

Currently, the data is irregular and unreliable — for example, multiple readings within a short time frame followed by long gaps of several hours — which makes the system difficult to trust in everyday use.

Just spoke with a rep of Ambrosia…

Just spoke with a rep of Ambrosia Systems about receiving continued SPAM email marketing from them which I have attempted to unsubscribe from on many occasions.

The rep informed me that he had just removed me from their email database and then ended the conversation with 'If you want continue to live
in stone age that is your wish. Ambrosia products
are most advanced in the world.'

Please, do yourself a favour, do not hand over any money or personal information to this company as they do not respect their customers wishes and now have become insulting.

I have reached out to this company…

I have reached out to this company twice about removing my email address from their marketing campaign. Both times they have said my email address was removed. However since this claim I have received at least 8 more SPAM emails from them. I have no intention of buying any of their products so what function does it achieve to keep sending me SPAM?

Be careful if you give any of your personal information to this company as once they have it they will be in constant contact and you cannot do anything about it.

Received a damaged lid for blucon

I received a spare part ambrosia blucon lid. The ridges are not flat. Its a used piece.Once the coin is used the ridges jut out. With multiple uses only this happens. If it's a fresh piece it wil be flat. Pls contact me I can share an image
