While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. vvault is the professional workspace where music producers organize, send, and track their music with real-time visibility on opens, plays, downloads, and saves. Instead of scattered Drive links and blind follow-ups, producers use vvault to package tracks into clean packs, send them through tracked campaigns, and see exactly who engaged. All from one system. Producers upload beats, loops, sample packs, stems, or full songs directly into their library, organize everything into packs and folders, and set each item as private, link only, or public. Every track keeps its own cover art and metadata, and packs can be shared with up to 10 collaborators who can edit and add tracks. When it's time to send music, vvault lets you create campaigns with attached tracks or packs, add recipients manually or through audience tags and custom segments, reuse email templates, schedule sends, and set up follow-ups. Every campaign tracks opens, clicks, plays, downloads, saves, and purchases so you always know what happened after you hit send. The built-in contacts system works as a lightweight CRM where you can import contacts by CSV, Excel, or paste, view their full engagement history, see what genres and BPM ranges they respond to, and get recommendations for what to send them next. vvault even lets you turn those recommendations into a prefilled campaign in one click. Analytics give you KPI cards, activity charts, engagement heatmaps, best time to send insights, and a live feed showing exactly who did what and when. You can compare campaigns side by side, export CSVs, and set sending goals. Every user gets a public profile page with a custom handle, bio, avatar, banner, socials, and links to public packs, kits, series, and streaming credits from Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, or Apple Music. You can pin key items, hide others, and style the page with custom backgrounds on the Ultra plan. vvault also has an opportunities board where anyone can post a request pack describing what they need, attach reference tracks, and collect submissions from the community. Submissions can be free or paid, with upload limits and visibility controls built in. On the settings side, vvault connects to Gmail for email delivery, supports SMS two factor authentication, lets you set default upload visibility, auto unpack ZIPs, auto detect co-authors from handles, and manage daily sending and scheduling limits. Built mainly for producers, but equally useful for artists, managers, labels, and teams who want a serious sending workflow instead of messy files and guesswork. vvault replaces the need to juggle Google Drive, Dropbox, email, spreadsheets, and random file sharing links with one workspace designed specifically for how music actually gets moved.

All in one app

This app is very useful if you want to have all your beats/songs in one place. Personally, it helps me a lot to schedule and send beats to artist more easily.
